Supply & Fixing of Thermal Insulation on Supply/ Return air ducting with 12mm thick aluminum foil pasted closed cell nitrile rubber sheet, to be fixed with special synthetic adhesives, jointing tape, etc. as required for the areas of duct as specified in approved shop drawings. Brand Approve by as directed by EIC.

Fabrication, Supply & erection of Supply & Return Air Ducting, fabricated out of galvanized sheet in rectangular or square in shape complete with bracing, flange connection, turning guide vanes, outlet collar, GI full threaded down rod with anchor fastener, supporting angle etc. as per constructional specifications & approved duct layout drawing.(Tata,Zindal) 22 Gauge GI Sheet Ducting

Supplying, fabrication & fixing M.S u-channel of 6 mm thick of size (75 mm x 40 mm x 40 mm) for making platform for installation Protection of outdoor unit of 1 nos. of 5.5 TR split concealed AC incl. by drilling 3 nos holes in each channel including cutting holes into the wall & grouting the same with cement concrete (1:1 ½ :3) etc. fabricated with 6 nos. of horizontal angle having size of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm placed upon the base channel. The platform should be baricaded & safe for ODU Maintenance in outer edge by placing vertically 4 nos. of angle size 35 x 35 x 5 and 25 mm x 5 mm MS flat for connecting upto the edges of the angle.Area of the platform is 2.5 Mtr x 1.2 Mtr or as per Machine configuration & load with adequate service access as per direction of EIC. The charges for painting 1 coat of RO primer and 2 Coats of Aluminuim paint. scafolding arrangement.[NS]

Supply and installation of trap door of 1200 mm x 600 mm and 9 mm thickness ACP board (MAKE- Aludecor/ Urobond) or others reputed make) complete with linkages, levers, fitings.support all accessories for IDU maintenance made of aluminium channel & ply wood for IDU/Suction unit for maintenance as per direction of EIC.

The structure should be made of 1.5"x1", 16 SWG aluminium Angle . The grid (4'x3') of aluminium preperation in such way that it rest the ACP ducting .iii)Suspension :-Suspension is done from celling with 6mm/8mm dia 10' long GI threaded rod .the GI rod is fixed at ceiling with clamp & Flush nut .
