Providing and applying primer coat with SS1 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means. As per technical specification clause no. 502.(with Emulsion SS-1)

Recycling pavement by cold milling of existing bituminous layers, planning the surface after cold milling, reclaiming excavated material to the extent of 30 per cent of the required quantity, hauling and stock piling the reclaimed material near the central recycling plant after carrying out necessary checks and evaluation, adding fresh material including rejuvenators as required, mixing in a hot mix plant, transporting and laying at site and compacting to the required grade, level and thickness, all as specified in clause 519. (Excavation by Milling machine and Material shifting up to plant/Suitable site decided by E/I only)

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects (Gradding - 2)(With Bitumen VG-40)

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 days. As per specification clause no. 2100.

Planting and Maintaining of permanent hedges including digging of trenches, 60 cm wide and 45 cm deep, refilling the excavated earth mixed with farmyard manure, supplied at the rate of 4.65 cum per 100 metres and supplying and planting hedge plants at 30 cm apart. Providing and fixing of cats eyes type IZ-ASTMO-4956-04 of approved quality i.e. Avery, Dennison or 3-M (USA make)consisting of ASA plastic housing fitted with tightly adherent plotting compound. The housing shall contain prim Eric reflective face to reflect incident light.

Supply fixing of delineators( Road way indicators hazard marker, object marker)80 to 100 cm high above fixing bed level, painted block and white in 15 cm wide strips fitted with 80X100mm rectangular or 75 mm dia circular reflectorized panel at top ,buried or pressed into the ground and conforming to IRC 79 and the drawing given by Engineer In Charge.

Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, 2mm thick aluminium sheeting, 3mm/4mm thick Aluminum composite material sheet depending on the size of the sign fixed over back support frame of min 25x25x3mm Angle mounted on a mild steel circular pipe 65 NB ,3.2 mm thicknness firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M25 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing. (cautionary and mandatory board)

Providing and erecting a "W" metal beam crash barrier comprising of 3 mm thick corrugated sheet metal beam rail, 70 cm above road/ground level, fixed on ISMC series channel vertical post, 150 x 75 x 5 mm spaced 2 m centre to centre, 1.8 m high, 1.1 m below ground/road level, all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot dip process, all fittings to conform to IS:1367 and IS:1364, metal beam rail to be fixed on the vertical post with a spacer of channel section 150 x 75 x 5 mm, 330 mm long complete as per clause 811.
