Cutting , dismantling loading and unloading 5 ton EOT crane

Replacement of LT motion wheel LT long travel motion crane wheel (2 no geared wheel + 02 no. normal wheel ) with proper alignment and cleaning of runway rail to move the crane smooth & easily

Replacement of CT motion wheel CT (cross level ) motion crane wheel with proper alignment and cleaning of runway rail to move the crane smooth & easily

Replacement of LT break unit Mounted on the shaft of the motor and it used to break the motion of the motar so that its opration or hoisting mechanism can be accurately and reliably stopped at a predetermined position

Replacement of Hoist motion break hold a load when the hoist motor is not running these break reduce the risk of falling loads that could result in injury and property danage

Replacement of current collector provide a continous power source to the crane which eliminates the need for frequent stops and starts

Replacement of cable trolley allow the crane to move along a runway while maintaining a continuous electrical connection for power and control signals

Repair and cleaning 4R X 35 mtr busbar with fitting and alignment. Repair of roller type limit switch box with cutting, welding & drilling in base plate with finishing repairing and servicing of 03 no. motoe including replacement of bush, bearing and fixing in base plate with filing 20 ltr. gear oil grade 320 no. that stop the exterme pressure, anti wear, anti rusting in the crane and grease fitted with square size cable tray and replacement of damage part in panel with complete charges.
