M&L for Disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing rubber hoses and draining out the water from the choked radiator assembly of the existing make and model and various capacities of DG sets and taking down the radiator assembly by unscrewing all mechanical/electrical connections from the existing mounting, transporting the same to civil workshop for carrying out servicing, opening the top and bottom covers of radiator assembly cleaning thoroughly the chocked pipe of the radiator by using chemical detergent, lime caustic soda, cotton etc., cleaning of all the deposited sediments in the pipes/tubes including arresting of leakage by means of soldering, brazing and transporting back to site and refixing the same in its original position with suitable size nuts, bolts and washers and Anti vibrating mounting(AVM) pads as required as per OEM recomendation etc., for the following DG sets all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge:

Supply,install, test, commissioning & run the DG set's Fly-wheel Ring of Fly-wheel Assembly of existing model,size suitable to existing DG Set of capacity above 320 KVA up to 625kVA including taking down old Unserviceable complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Disconnect the Radiator and kept aside safely and taking down the old unserviceable water pump from the existing engine of DG set any make/model, capacity up to 125 KVA supply and fixing of new water pump & kit,reassembling the same and refixing the pump to the engine of DG set, refixing Radiator and testing, including making all Electrical/mechanical connections,commissioning as per OEM recomendation complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnecting all electrical & mechanical connections,Dismantle the Engine (make KIRLOSKER/ CUMMINS /GREAVES/ GREAVES COTTON/ASIATIC/ RUSTON) from 100KVA to 200 KVA DG set capacities located at various location under AGE E/M-II(U) and transported to OEM Authorised service center for complete overhauling, replacing the following unservicable worn-out spares with new appropriate make minor spares & major spares (minor spares- up to Rs 2500/Each), after assembling the spares the Engine again shfted to original existing place and reassembled to alternator& radiator,AMF panel/Electrical panel board of DG set complete testing, commissioning all as per OEM recomendation and as directed by Engr-in-charge.The quoted rate inclusive of Manpower, Crane charges for transporting engine to wokshop and back after repairs Note: - (i)Major Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately.

After collecting Complaints from Complaint Register or Insturction by JE by Phone/SMS, complaint should be completed within 48 Hours of complaint receiving, Major complaints/AMF panel wiring/Rewinding etc items should be completed within 05 days, (b) Minimum 01 Technician with all tools, ladder and testing Equipment, as per the site requirement shall be provided by contractor. (c) Every month complete testing for serviceablity of DG Set for all Generator shall be done and reports submitted to Engr- in -Chage at the end of every month (if items required shall be paid under relevant items given above). (d) Documents required for complaints like Stationery, Complaint Register, Slips & Site Order Book shall be provided by the contactor.(e) safety precautions shall be responsible by the contractor. (f) Contractor to comply all the respective notes of Particular Specifications attached.
