Special Eligibility Criteria

   The Tenderer should have supplied INTEGRAL LOCK FOR 25 KV OHE ISOLATOR for at least once during preceding 3 financial years (i.e., current year and previous three financial years) to any Railway or PUs as on date of opening of tender as per following criteria- 1. Single order of at least 20% of estimated tender value and tender value is Rs.757560/-. Copies of relevant purchase orders or contracts along with proof of supply to be submitted along with bid in support of quantity supplied in the relevant financial year.

Whether you have certified that the item offered meets the minimum local content and whether details of the locations at which the local value addition is made has been furnished.

   (i) Material is to be supplied on FOR Destination Door Delivery Basis. Unloading of material to be done by firm. (ii)In case of door delivery, date receipt at consignee end will be taken as date of delivery. (iii) Warranty- As per IRS terms and conditions.

   Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

   Please carefully read para 9.2.4 of ECOR tender conditions uploaded on IREPS website applicable to this tender which is reiterated below- The OEM/Authorized Dealers/Agents must comply with the following conditions failing which their offers are liable to be rejected without further reference: i) In a tender, either the authorized agent/dealer on behalf of the Principal/OEM or the Principal/OEM itself can bid, but both cannot bid simultaneously for the same item in the same tender. ii) If an authorized agent/dealer submits bid on behalf of the Principal/OEM, the same agent/dealer shall not submit a bid on behalf of another Principal/OEM in the same tender for the same item/product.
