I. EARTH WORK :

Excavation in foundations and over areas in all soils except soft rock and hard rock for all depths below from or above average natural ground level including dewatering if necessary, dressing bottom to required level, profile/slope, all lifts including getting out the excavated soil, simultaneous filling in low lying area/ stacking for further use within the colony area, in case of filling it shall be in layers not exceeding 250 mm, consolidating, leveling clearing of all the areas, disposing the spoil within colony area complete as directed by EIC for foundations , trenches for pipes, sewers, internal and external Rcc drain pipes,storm water drains, electrical cables trenches PumpHouse and, ground level reservoir etc. Note: 1. The existing filled rock formation is considered as soil only and will be measured in this item. 2.The refilling of the removed filled rock formation shall be if stacked and used in refilling on conversion to further sizing /grading shall be only paid under speperate item 3. The stacking of soil shall be at a location so that double handling of material shall be avoided. no additional payments will be made for double handling of materials. 3.Certain quantity of this removed rock formation material shall be converted in to as aggregates for /GSB/Filler etc. and will be paid under relevant items.

Lead charges for the 2 KM or part thereof for additional lead by mechanical transport, including loading, unloading, stacking, the disposable soil, rock , other unserviceable materials etc., out side the premises/ complex ascided by EIC Note: Measurement of lead charges will be based on truck measurement with a deduction of voids @20% for soil and 50% for rock respectively.

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth from outside query/ source by mechanical transport also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 200 mm in top/bottom/sides of foundation, reservors, road formation, etc. Complete for all leads as available from approved source of query. Note: The rate quoted shall be as per available source of earth by the bidder. No extra cost will be payable due to change in source that involved in increase in lead / transportation.

Providing anchors/ shear connectors of using 16mm dia steel reinforcement bars of length 1200mm within 25mm dia drilled holes to a depth not less than 600mm length, cleaning holes, blowing with compressed air, filling annular space with non shrink free flow grout of M/s Fosroc/M/s ACC/ M/s BASF, bending the rod in to floor reinforcement complete as directed

II. CONCRETE (PLAIN AND REINFORCED) :

Plain Cement Concrete mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC using PPC conforming to conforming to IS 1489 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Birla/ Ambuja) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm maximum size ( from outside query) at all depths/heights below/above plinth level including consolidation, finishing smooth/broom finish as applicable, curing, etc., for mudmat, plinth protection, storm water drains, coping, bedding for water tanks for box type water proofing, pedestals for pipe supports, etc. complete as specified and directed. Note: PPC conforming to IS 1489 should not be more than 25% of weight of cement and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only. 2. incase of using aggregate from manufactured at site in concretes, the cost of excavation of rock and manufacturing aggregates will not be payable.

i) M10 using aggregate from outside source/query for mud mat below reservoir, footings,plinth protection etc

iii)M15 using aggregate from ouside source/ query for pedestals, fence posts Electrical post, foundation, pipe encasement, storm water drain, internal roads etc ( pipe area to be deducted for encase ment for payment) etc

Reinforced Cement Concrete by insitu mixing using Weigh Batching or RMC of Mix of specified grade (Minimum Cementitious Content not less than quantity indicated IS 456 kg/Cum) up to specified level using using PPC conforming to IS 1489 (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech, Birla, Ambuja make) with crushed sand and graded stone aggregates of 20mm/ 6mm maximum size( from outside query) including mixing superplasticizer of brand M/s. Fosroc, Demech, Huntsman, Pidilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT in proportion as per Manufacturer's Specifications, Pumping / Lifting of concrete to the required heights, Concrete laid to proper level, profile and slope, placing concrete, consolidation, finishing, curing, etc., but excluding Formwork and steel as specified and directed. NOTE:- PPC conforming to IS 1489 should not be more than 25 % of weight of cement specified in the code and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only 2. incase of using aggregate from manufactured at site in concretes, the cost of excavation of rock and manufacturing aggregates will not be payable.

i) M25 Below plinth level including grade slab,machine foundations, cable trench, culvert&channels etc., using aggregate from outside querry

ii) M25 Above plinth level using max 20mm aggregate for lintels, chajjas,slab, etc using aggregate from outside querry

iii) M30 garde Below plinth level including structural members like water tanks. Columns form part of tank pump house etc asper drawings using aggregate from out side querry

iv) M30 Above plinth level for structural memenbers like water tanks, Columns form part of tank etc as per drawings using aggregate from out side querry

Casting and fixing in position precast reinforced cement concrete covers of required size in RCC M-25 insitu mixing BY WEIGH BATCHER using PPC conforming to IS 1489 Latest Edition (M/s. ACC, Ultra Tech,Chettinadu, Birla, Ambuja) using crushed sand , graded stone aggregate of 10 mm maximum size (from outside query) at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including mixing superplastizer (M/s. Fosroc, Demach, Huntsman, Pedilite, Sunanda Chemicals, Agro Chemicals, MBT) in proportion as per manufacturer’s specifications including necessary shuttering, providing and fixing cover blocks of required sizes, consolidation finishing as specified, curing, making casting yard and curing tank, stacking carefully at casting yard and transporting to the site of use placing in position as shown in drawings, aligning, leveling, making good all the damaged surfaces etc., complete as directed for covers for storm water drains/ cable trench with and without holes. NOTE:- PPC conforming to IS 1489 should not be more than 25 % of weight of cement specified in the code and is of mixed at cement manufacture unit only 2. incase of using aggregate from manufactured at site in concretes, the cost of excavation of rock and manufacturing aggregates will not be payable.

Extra for adding water proofing compound of Pidilite/ Fosroc/Pidilite/ BASF/Krishna Conchem Products Pvt. Ltd. at 2% of cement or as per manufacturer's specifications for water retaining structures, mixing the water proofing compound to concrete at site / RMC complete as directed by EIC. Note; Concrete shall be designed for given grade quantity of water proofing compound by RMC. Payment shall be made as per cement consumption of 50 kg bag of cement

III. FORM WORK :

Providing centering and shuttering using steel shuttering plates/ ply wood at all depths and heights below and above plinth level, vertical, horizontal, inclined including strutting, propping using H-steel pipes/Cup&lock stagging, removal, cleaning of the same for insitu reinforced cement concrete and in plain cement concrete work as required including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets and applying one coat of shuttering oil of CEMOL on all shuttering surfaces coming in contact with concrete etc., complete as directed. The rates quoted are applicable upto a height of 3.50m

Below plinth level for mudmat, road, plinth protection , electrical& fence trenches/posts, pedastals, rafts, machine foundations, footings, grade slab etc of structures without stagging.

Below and Upto plinth level for walls, slab & beams, staircases, lintels&chajjas etc ( Inclusive of stagging)

Above plinth/raft/floor level for all heights for walls, columns, roof slab of height 3.5m & beams, staircase, catwalk Note: Only for slab stagging beyond 3.5 m height will be paid seperately under relevant item

Additional stagging beyond 3.5m for supporting slab, providing including designing and providing vertical, horizontal, inclined struts , props,bracings etc using H-steel pipes/Cup&lock stagging, removal, cleaning of the same etc to the required height including chamfers, splays, keys, wedges, nails, bracings, brackets complete as directed. Note: Design shall be submitted for approval of NFC and rate shall be inclusive of the same 2. Only slab area will be measured for payment in plan dimensions for 1metre height beyond initial height of 3.5m 3. No payments shall be paid for other structures like chajjas/ lintels/cat walks, columns etc to be provided beyond height of 3.5m

IV. REINFORCEMENT & STRUCTURAL STEEL

Supply, fabrication and erection of Reinforcement bars of grade Fe-500D for Reinforced cement concrete items at and at all depths and heights below and above plinth level with high yield strength deformed bars confirming to IS 1786 with TM Treated steel of Tata, Vizag,Sail , JSW make, or any other make who supplies reinforcement using ingots of above manufacturer, including transport to site, loading and unloading, making fan hooks of required shape, dowels for bonding masonry, transporting steel to site, decoiling, removing of scales, straightening, cutting, bending, fixing bars with chairs, space bars wherever required, in position with two strings of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed MS binding wire inclusive of its supply etc., complete as specified and directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Structural Steel work using Rolled Steel Joists, Beams, Channels, Plates, etc., at all levels above and below plinth level including supplying of steel sections and plates conforming to BIS 2062 of make Vizag Steel, Tata, SAIL, Jindal Ispat or any other approved manufacturer using ingots of above manufacturer/ make, loading, unloading, transporting the steel to site of work, cutting, fabricating using welding/bolts, using weld rods of make D&H, Advani, Philips or its approved equivalent and/or bolts and nuts from approved source, erecting using derricks/pulleys or any suitable means, fixing in position and painting with one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, insert plates/ embedded plates/pipes of GI/MS in heavy quality conforming to relevant BIS2062/ 1239/3589(of not less than pipe thickness to which it is to be connected) of required shape and size, welding anchoring legs not less than 12mm dia MS rods, for pipe inserts, not less than 6 mm thick with plate for puddle flanges etc placing in position in concrete while casting, including painting with one coat of approved anti corrosive paint of shalimar product for embedded portion of pipe as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed for rainwater spouts, vent pipes, EPs for railing, staircase, ladders etc.

Providing and fixing SS mosquito mesh of 304 grade for pipe inserts for resrvoir vents cutting to required shape and size as per drawing

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, SS Pipe inserts with puddle flange of thickness not less than 6 mm and pipes and flanges to withstand 10 kg/ Sqcm, made out of seamless SS304L conforming to relevant ASTM code of required shape and size, welding using SS welding elctrodes of D&H, Advani, Philips for flanges etc placing in position in concrete while casting, as per drawing in line, level and plumb complete as directed for Reservoir pipe connections

Supplying, fabricating, erecting and fixing in position, foundation bolts using MS rounds conforming to IS 432 and suitable nuts including threading, placing in position in concrete in level using template, providing grease and protective cover like covering with polyethelene sheet to bolts and nuts to correct levels complete and as directed.

V. STONE MASONRY :

Random rubble stone masonry using approved local stones in foundations/pedestals and plinth at and at all depths below finished floor level in cement mortar 1:6 including simultaneous flush pointing with the same mortar, bond stones, curing, etc., using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116, complete as specified and directed. Note: In case stones extracted from excavation are used in the work, the rock excavtion cost shall not be made for the quantity of stones used.

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level for all heights in cement mortar 1:6 including bond stones etc flush pointing the joints for raising compund wall etc complete as specified and directed.Note: In case stones extracted from excavation are used in the work, the rock excavtion cost shall not be made for the quantity of stones used.

VI. BRICK MASONRY :

Brick work using quality flyash (non modular) cement bricks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at and at all depths below plinth level in foundation and in plinth, storm water drains, etc., simultaneous pointing with same mortar below ground level, and ranking out joints below ground level, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed for sub structure,closing of pipe ends, storm water drains etc.,

Brick work using quality flyash cement brciks of class designation 7.5 conforming to IS12894 using cement mortar 1:6 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at a heights above plinth level including pilasters, steel / tubular scaffolding, raking out joints, curing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed in super structure.

Half brick masonry using fly ash cement bricks as of 7.5 grade in partition walls in cement mortar 1:4 using crushed sand of grade conforming to BIS 2116 at all depths and heights below and above plinth level including scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc., complete including providing stiffeners of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4, 115 mm x 75 mm size at every 900 mm height, necessary formwork, curing, etc., complete as per specifications and as directed but excluding reinforcement.

VII FLOORING & WALL CLADDING :

Granular sub-base using HBG material conforming to Grading-ii of MoRTH Table 400-1 ( manufactured out of rock available at site) including conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavatopr/approved means at OMC and compacting with suitable means to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 401(5th revision and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge for subbase of water tanks and pumphouse nd any other spcified areas. Note: Measurement for payment will be made based on levels on compaction of layer 2. manufatured aggregates from stones extracted from excavation shall be used in the work. The rate quoted shall be considered free of cost material for the quantity of GSB/HBG used.

For Flooring using 600X 600 x9mm Size tiles for toilets

Cement concrete flooring IPS 40 mm thick 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse Msand : 4 graded stone aggregate) with 10mm thick nominal stone aggregate finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, including the cost of nosing of steps for gas bank etc. of guest house etc. complete.

Provdidng 18mm thick Cement plaster skirting , storm water drain etc height, with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), finished with a floating coat of neat cement complete as specified and directed

Providing & fixing 25MM thick Kota stone flooring using stones /slabs of 600mm approx.,of 20mm to 25mm thick for landing of staircase laid over 20mm (average) thick base base of 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse Msand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete w in all levels/height with all lead and lifts including labour, necessary tools and plants, all material, etc,. and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

Kota stone slabs 25mm thick in risers of steps,skirting,dado and pillars laid on 12 mm (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse Msand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs, including rubbing and polishing complete. in all levels/height with all lead and lifts including labour, necessary tools and plants, all material, including edging/ nosing and making grooves as per arch design etc,. and as per the direction of engineer in charge.

VIII. DOORS, WINDOWS & ROLLING SHUTTERS ETC :

Supplying and fixing in position at all floors integrated bronze anodised matt finished [15 micron thick], aluminium section [extruded] for aluminium Doors / windows (sliding/movable) /mesh windows /ventilators/ top hung/ fixed / grill/ adjustable louvered/ windows/ fixed partitions as per drawing of approved manufactures with extruded sections of Jindal / Indal / Aluminax make using sections with size and weights as shown in the drawing, for frames and shutters [including wastages if any] conforming to relevant I.S specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, locking arrangements, 2 / 3 rollers with ball bearings for sliding shutters of approved quality all as shown in the drawing, including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading / glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with filler of thermocole beading /polymer variety & GE sealant etc. all complete generally as per drawings, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer in charge. but excluding the cost of glazing, which will be paid separately. NOTE: Approval of the Dept. for the complete design and shop drawing shall be obtained before commencement of the work.

Providing and fixing glazing with 4 mm thick plain float glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) including PVC/EPDM lining as per the drawing and as directed for window shutters and ventilators.

Providing and fixing glazing with 5.5 mm thick plain float glass of approved quality (Atul, Modiguard, Triveni, Hindustan Pilkington) including PVC/EPDM lining as per the drawing and as directed for window shutters and ventilators.

Providing and fixing Wood Polymer Composite Frames at all heights above plinth level for doors as per drawing using size 65x100mm and fixed in position including providing and fixing with suitable size of coach screws wherever required / M.S. hold fasts of size 40 mm x 3 mm and 200 mm long, bent to shape embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks for door frames, fixed in position with necessary lugs rawl plugs and screws and coach screws, masonry/concrete, etc., complete as indicated in drawings and as directed.

Providing and fixing in position double/single leaf flush door shutters of solid block board core, 35 mm thick, BWR grade, at all heights above plinth level internally lipped with second class teakwood, 25 mm deep along all edges of shutters bounded with water-proof type phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin, hot pressed, Chemicaly treated and pre-lamination of required design, colour and pattern of requisite finish providing and fixing under pressure with approved type adhesive 200 x 150 mm laminated sheet on both sides where mortice lock is fixed , including providing &fixing ISI marked 3 nos SS butt hinges with SS pin size 125 x 63 x 1.9 mmwith screws, &fixing hinges supplied under relevant item to shutter and frame and complete generally as shown in drawings and as specified and directed for single door shutter / double door shutters.

Single leaf flush door shutter with both side pre-lamnation of not less than 1mm thick for all rooms of quarters

Providing and fixing factory made PVC door frame of approved manufacturer of size 50 x 47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC mitered at corners and joined with 2 nos. of 150 mm long brackets of 15 x 15 mm MS square tube, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 19x 19 mm MS square tube of 19 guage. The door frame to be fixed to wall using sheet metal GSK screws of 65/100 mm size including providing and fixing Providing and fixing factory made 30 mm thick door shutter made of solid PVC foam profile. The styles & rails shall be of size 75 mm x 30 mm having wall thickness 5 mm. The styles, top & bottom rails shall have one side wall thickness of 15 mm integrally extruded on the hinge side of the profile for better screw holding power. The styles and rails shall be reinforced with M.S. tubes of size 33 mm x 17 mmx 1 mm, painted with primer , all four corners of reinforcement to be welded or sealed. Solid PVC extruded bidding (push fit type) will be set inside the styles and the rails with a cavity, to receive single piece extruded 5mm PVC sheet as panel. The styles and rails will be mitred cut and joint with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws. Single piece extruded solid PVC lock rail of size 100 mm x 30 mm with wall thickness 5 mm & 15 mm integrally extruded in the middle of the lock rail & fixed with styles with the help of PVC solvent cement & self driven self tapping screws of size 100mm x 8 mm providing and fixing aluminium fittings like hinges 3nos,Handles 150mm 2 nos and 2nos baby latches for each door complete as directed. Providing and fixing M.S. grills/ frames & shutters of doors / windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars or hollow tube of requisiste size, of required pattern etc. conforming to relevant BIS code of SAIL/Tata/JSW make including welding/ screws/ bolting/ self tapping screws , applying Zinc chromate priming coat and two coats of synthetic enamel paint including all fixtures and screws etc. complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing fly/mosuito proof stainless steel grade 304, mesh wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia. 0.50 mm,fixing with 2nd class teak wood beading not less than 12X19 mm to windows and clerestory windows all complete

Supplying and fixing to doors at and at all heights above plinth level approved best quality anodized extruded aluminium hanging floor door stopper (twin rubber stopper) with rubber cushion (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS 1868))transparent or dyed to required colour and shade, with necessary screws etc., complete for twin rubber stopper for all doors except toilet doors of quarters.

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors etc. and at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium tower bolts conforming to relevant IS specifications (‘Classic’ or its approved equivalent) with approved cadmium plated brass screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed using 250mm long shoot

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors at all heights above plinth level approved anodized extruded aluminium handles with round grip and face plate conforming to relevant IS specifications and with ISI marking ‘Classic’/JYOTHI or approved equivalent and of size 125 mm (grip) with approved cadmium plated screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS : 6315, having brand logo embossed on the body / plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg, for doors, including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate with stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing at and at all heights above plinth level hydraulic door closures of ‘EVERITE’/Godrej make or approved equivalent confirming to IS 3564 with all fixtures, fittings and approved screws of appropriate size etc., complete as directed. for GH

Supplying and fixing to wooden doors approved anodized aluminium aldrop conforming to relevant IS specifications and with ISI marking classic/ J.S.E. (ECIE) make or any approved equivalent of size 250 x 19 mm with suitable approved CP brass screws, machine screws or bolts for securing clamps from inside etc., complete as directed.

Providing and fixing architectural MS tubular gates of required size alo ng with or without wicket gate , of heavy quality using suitable sizes as per design and pattern in combination with light guagae sheet with or without perforations using tubes conforming to relevant IS codes of M/s Tata/ M/s jindal/ M/s RINL and providing necessary heavy duty ball bearing side hung hinges, lugs, latches, locking arrangements, pipe inserts and other fittings and fixtures necessary for smooth operation of gates, providing and fixing/welding MS spikes of 12mm square bars at not more than 150c/c, including providing one coat of approved red oxide zinc chromate primer and two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint as per manufacturers Specifications of make Asian Paint, Berger, Johnson and Nickelson, Nerolac, cleaning the sections /plates by suitable means, etc., as directed by Engineer in charge.

Supplying and fixing in position approved manual operated steel rolling shutters made from M.S. lathes of not less than 1.25 mm thick including supplying and fixing all necessary fixtures, fittings, top hood, guide channels, shutter suspension shaft not less than 6", ceiling strips providing approved quality of ball bearings, locking arrangements, handles, lugs, cutting, drilling necessary holes in concrete, grouting lugs with cement concrete 1:2:4, applying one shop coat of approved Zinc chromate primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete as shown in the drawing and as directed (measurement for rolling shutters will be as per the structural openings, hoods shall not be measured separately).

Fabrication and suplying at site hollow metal flush doors consisting of 14G CRCA pressed steel frame and 16G CRCA pressed steel shutters 40mm thick with 16G pressed steel channel stiffeners,stiffening plates for hardware,cutouts for vision panels, m.s.beading with necessary screws one coat of approved steel primer paint et complete as per drawing and specifications including the cost of heavy duty MS hinges and providing necessary recesses with stiffening plates for shutter and frame for fixing mortice lock handles,tower bolts,door closures,etc including check up for correctness of recesses and stiffening plates for all fittings and fixtures but excluding the cost of mortice lock handles,tower bolts,door closures and glass for vision plane and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

IX. PLASTERING AND POINTING :

Cement plastering 15 mm thick for internal walls in cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth and at all heights above plinth level over brick walls or concrete surfaces including making necessary grooves in between junctions of brick masonry and RCC and also other places wherever required over brick walls or concrete surface, preparation of surface, structural grooves if necessary, steel/tubular scaffolding, curing, etc., complete as directed.

Sand faced plaster 20 mm thick in 2 coats over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces at and at all heights above plinth level as given below with base coat in cement mortar 1:4 with approved integrated water proofing compound @ 2% by weight of cement, of M/s. Fosroc/Demach/ Huntsman/ Pedilite/ SIKA Qualcrete / MBT or as per manufacturer’s specifications, 12 mm thick and finishing coat in CM 1:3, 8 mm thick, final rendering, making necessary structural grooves, bands, drip moulds as required, double steel/tubular scaffolding wherever necessary, hacking of concrete surfaces, curing, etc., complete as directed.

X. WATERPROOFING :

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment of average thickness of 110mmm ( minimum 65mm thick) including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations: (a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1cement :5 coarse sand ) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge.(d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep. NOTE :- 1)The treatment shall be tested by ponding water for a period of 10 days. If due to location of rain water pipes the average thickness of treatment exceeds 110 mm for easy flow of water the extra brickbat coba will be paid as extra item and the rate for the same to be got approved from the Department before execution 2) The waterproofing treatment is to be guaranteed for bone-dry condition for a period of 10 years in the prescribed proforma. 3) The measurement for payment shall be the entire area of terrace covered by the treatment measured between brick/concrete parapets without plaster and the area of vatas calculated by taking the length of vatas and the height above the finished level of the terrace.

Providing cement based waterproofing treatment to the sunken floor of water closets, bath rooms, nahanis from inside at all heights above plinth level giving injections to the concrete surface as required with cement and approved waterproofing compound solution to fill up all inherent holes, voids, honey-combs, etc., in the concrete, applying waterproof plaster of about 25 mm thick for the floor area of the depression and about 18 mm on the side walls of the depression and continue the vertical treatment if necessary on the walls above proposed floor finish with making surface suitable and even to receive tiles, testing the treatment for water tightness by impounding water for 7 days etc., complete.

Water proof plaster in cement mortar 1:3 ,with waterproofing compound make of ( M/s Fosroc , MBT, Sika, Sunanada Chemicals etc.) @ 2% by weight of cement including scaffolding, curing, hacking of concrete surfaces etc. Complete a) 15 MM thk for drains etc.

Providing and Placing in position suitable PVC water stops , Serrated with central bulb (225 mm wide, 8-11 mm thick), conforming to IS:12200 for construction/ expansion joints between two RCC members and fixed to the reinforcement with binding wire before pouring concrete etc. complete as specified and directed

XI. PAINTING:

Providing cement based putty of not less than 1mm thickness for internal surfaces of M/s Birla/ JK make at all heights above plinth level,on brick wall/ concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing smmoth including filling cracks with sutitable filler complete as directed.

Providing cement based putty for external surfaces for textured finish of M/s Birla/ JK make at all heights above plinth level,on brick wall/ concrete surfaces, scaffolding, finishing smmoth including filling cracks with sutial filler complete as directed.

Painting with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre of approved brand and manufacture (equivalent product- Apcolite premium emlsion) paint of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger,including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour

Painting exterior walls on sand faced plaster with two coats of antifungus and emulsion paint having 100% acrylic, of Asian, Pidilite, Johnson & Nicklson, Nerolac, berger, of exterior quality haying 100% acrylic, of approved shade including preparing surfaces, external putty of Birla or its approved equivalent wherever required, applying one coat of approved primer as per manufacturers specification, applying and filling cracks or wherever required for external filler, curing, scaffolding, cleaning, etc., complete.

Providing two coats of approved best quality Anti-corrosive Bitumen based paint confirming to IS:9862 over one coat of compatible primer of M/s Shalimar product or approved brand on exterior surfaces of underground concrete surfaces of structures below plinth including preparing the surfaces, filling, cleaning, etc., complete as per manufacturers specifications and as directed for all surfaces of structural members below ground .

XII. MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS :

GI pipe hand rail made out of 32 mm /25 mm nominal bore GI pipes (Jindal, Tata or equivalent) of medium quality conforming to IS 1239, 32 mm n.b. as top fabricated horizontal and vertical members and 25 mm nominal bore as middle and /bottom horizontal members at and at all heights above plinth level, cut to size and shape including necessary bends, tees or with welding as required and fixed in position by grouting or by welding to insert plates provided etc., complete, painting with a coat of approved primer comparable to receive polyurethane paint, etc., complete as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing CI gratings conforming to IS 1729 for rain water pipe entry mouths/filter bed, etc., including chasing making holes in existing masonry concrete surfaces, refilling with cement concrete 1:2:4 reinstating to the original conditions, painting with two coats of bitumastic paint, all in level and line complete as directed and specified for rain water mouths, filter bed.

Providing and fixing 160 mm n.b.un-plasticised PVC rain water pipes with necessary PVC clamps and wooden gutties of approved make conforming to IS: 13592 type ‘A’with injection moulded fittings jointing with approved synthetic adhesive seal rings conforming to IS: 5382 embedding the slab junctions leakproof testing complete in line, level and plumb all as directed.

Providing Flush / Ruled/ Struck /raised or weathered pointing pointing on stone work or flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement : 3 fine sand) etc. all complete as specified and directed for drain pitching etc.

Supplying and fixing natural rubber pad 25mm thick, shore hardness 40 D conforming to relevant IS code including cutting to required size, cost and conveyance all materials and labour charges etc. complete as directed by Engineer In Charge

Providing, fixing, filling and sealing expansion/construction joints using 25mm thick bitumastic board manufactured by M/s. STP Ltd., or any other approved equivalent in expansion joints including cleaning the surfaces where joints are formed applying one coat bitumastic emulsion cutting the board to the required sizes placing in position filling and sealing the top of the joints with Salitex sealing compound of size 12 x 25 mm deep, using compound manufactured by M/s. STP Ltd., or equivalent including heating, pouring complete etc. in line level as directed.

Providing fixing thermal insulation of ceiling (under deck insulation) with Resin Bonded Fibre glass wool conforming to IS : 8183, density 24kg / m3, 50mm thick, wrapped in 200 G Virgin Polythene bags, fixed to ceiling with metallic cleats (50x50x3 mm) @ 60 cm and wire mesh of 12.5 mm x 24 gauge wire mesh, for top most ceiling of building complete as specified and directed

XIII: INTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Supplying, laying and fixing CPVC pipes confirming to ASTM D2846, SDR -13.5 at a working pressure of 320 PSI at 23 deg C, complete with all fittings and clamps, Fittings (Conforming to relevant IS/ASTM/BS code), in trenches, floors, walls including embedding if necessary, joining of pipes and fittings shall be done by solvent cement conforming to ASTM F-493, including bends, elbows, tees, reducers, sockets, unions and other specials, supplying and fixing with hooks in wooden plugs or embedding in walls and floors, cutting pipes to required lengths, making connections, cutting chases or holes in walls with machine & making good the same, testing, etc. all complete as per drawings, specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Wet Wter Mecadm (WMM) ,Transporting , laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam(WMM) using manufactured aggregates at site from extracted rock as per specification including premixing the material wiith water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired dencity, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer - in - Charge. Note; Measurement for payment will be made based on levels on compaction of layer 2. manufatured aggregates from stones extracted from excavation shall be used in the work. The rate quoted shall be considered free of cost material for the quantity of WMM used.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc.complete.

XVII.FIRE WATER LINE AND ACCESSORIES

Supplying, fabricating, erecting/fixing in position in yard buried, at elevations generally as indicated in the relevant drawings. Supply, installation & commissioning of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet metal hose cabinet of size 750x650x250 mm for accomodating 02 nos. of hose pipes (measured & paid seperately under relevent SOQ item) and SS-304 branch pipe with nozzle . STP of 500 KLD package - Designing , Supplying, erection, commissioning and testing of 500 KLD Sequential Batch Reactor (SBR) C-pi technology along with terriary treatment of 20KLD/ Hr on turn key basis as to use affluent for predominantly flushing and gardening. The package includes all civil construction works as per standards, electrical, mechanical, Instrumentation and control systems with screen chamber with screens,oil& grease chamber with oil skimmer,equilisation tank with pumps, fine screens,aeration tank with anoxic chamber,SBR tank ,Activated carbon filter (ACF) chmaber and softner chamber with back flushing arrangements, Soft water tank with pumps to pump water to ground Flush water tank all tools ,sludge holding tank with filter press with pumps,valves, tackles. The package shall be designed as per standards of relevationt codes for civil, electrical, mechanical and I&C works etc .The system shall be supported by scada with auto information and controlling from single point and also with manual controls for all systems. the water storage shall be from collection pit to pumping of affluent to gardening or flushing tank/reservoir with RCC structures in leak proof with RCC 30 grade and all chambers/tanks of triitiarytreatment shall be in tanks with MS plate of 8mm thick coated with FRP external grade of 3mm thick complete integrating asper design & drawing. Bidder shall include all materials, tools, tackles, labour for operation and delivery of duty affluent including those that not mentioned in the drawing/ scheme but required for successful completion of facility. the power supply will be given from Substation to STP by NFC. The structural design shall be certified by the IIT/NIT / any repute organsiation of Sate /Central govt. organisations. The process design shall be approved by technology provider. Note: 1. The scope exclude RCC receiving affluent tank of 150 Cum for pumping flush water to reservoir. However, pump sets for pumping flush water from teritiary treatment plant to Reservoir are in the scope of lumpsum contract.

XXI WTP

WTP of 600LKD capacity- Designing , Supplying, erection, commissioning and testing of 600KLD water treatment plant for domestic water supply on turnkey basis. The package includes all civil construction works as per standards all civil works ( except plant building) , electrical, mechanical, Instrumentation and Control systems complete as per standards with auto back flushing system. The package comprises of MGF,ACF,Brine tank and softner with all valves, tools , tackles, labour etc etc as per drawing. The chambers shall be made out of not less than minimum 8mm thick MS plate with 3mm thick FRP of external garde. The piping and valves shall be SS of appropriate size and make. Pumps shall be of Kirloskar make/ morris platter. The design shall be certified by the IIT/NIT / any repute organsiation of Sate /Central govt. organisations/ service Technology provider. Note: The power supply to the power pannel will be only given by NFC.
