Cleaning of pipe drains by jet mechine 100mm internal dia drain pipe upto 1.50 m in depth and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc out side the MOD land including testing of drains by filling the pipes with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 01 above but exceeding 1m and not exceeding 2m in depth

Cleaning of manhole by mechanical scrappers exceeding 0.5 m and not exceeding 2 m depth and removal of sludge silt/liquid/ mud/sand/water etc in foul position to out side the MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dewatering/desilting of septic tanks,soak wells etc cleaning of all sludge,silt residue of both organic and inorganic nature by mechnical scrappers etc and disposal of the same outside the defence land incl dumping the material to any depth complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ),and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, First quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles of (450x300mm) x 7 mm thick, laid on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc laid over and including 10mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement paste of honey like consistancy and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L, First quality, Non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq.m but not exceeding 0.11 Sq.m, laid in floors with neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Square Metre over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:6) including pointing in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls & concrete surfaces & the like including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., any description, including removal of rubbish outside MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Rendering,15 mm thick, in two coats, 1st coat 10 mm thick layer & 2nd coat 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in cement mortar 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces, finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Integral water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately , WPC will be added in 2nd layer of 5 mm thick.

M&L for Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645-1975 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L, Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan not exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in groundfloors and pavings not exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) as in Sub floors,Sub bases ,flooring etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and coloured pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade over 25mm thick coarse sand complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Sand shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC type C-2 1:3:6 ( 40 mm graded stone agg ) as in plinth protection finished the surface even & smooth w/o using extra cement laid in panels etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for 55mm thick as in flooring, plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1(20mm graded stone aggregate) finished even & smooth without using extra cement laid in panels complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar, internal dia of pipe 100 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 20 above but bore of pipe 150 mm

S&F 110 mm PVC (SWR ) , pipes single socketd , in any length with rubber ring joints , laid in trenches or in floor complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F RCC Class NP 3, 150 mm bore pipes laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L concrete bed to 100 mm bore drain pipes in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregates including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 24 above but bore of pipe 150 mm

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for manholes & sewage lines and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains & benching of manholes and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with dips icl, anchoring and welding at places as directed quilety conforming to IS complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of tiles/ Interlocking tiles laid dry or laid dry and pointed of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L machine pressed Chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
