Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete, brickwork or masonry and making good disturbed ground

Excavation in post holes (or Similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose/hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concreting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plates (plain or chequered) Channels, square, cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes without any attachment of Fe-410-W (Grade E-165) quality B complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F mild steel works such as hand rail, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion drilled and counter sunk for baluster, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc wind ties for roof including securing with bolts post and strut in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed dilling holes notcning for wire etc, flat iron fillets for securing fencing mesh including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc and similar work using rolled section confirming to Fe-310-0 or Fe-410-0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including linew ires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type

M&L for mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips confirming to Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel and iron of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provisionof galvanised mild steel wire staples or steel pins, etc as directed (Each line wire to be measured)

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or hickness in floors, aprons etc laid and bedded in any mortor all as directed

M & L for 100 mm thick hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauze not exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base of floor finishes

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block glossy finish any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by EIC. Make :- Chopdar, Sukhi Enterprise, Swasthik

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20 cm x 20 cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by EIC

M & L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm in thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified.
