Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

List of Financial Resources with Certificates

Bidder should have satisfactorily completed at least one similar nature of work such as Operation and maintenance of Lift Head work or Pump house (Consisting of VT pump sets with allied equipments at not less than 42.29 m head at 980 rpm coupled with 280 KW 415 volts motors 4 nos. 11 or 33 KV / 440 KV substations with at least 5 MVA transformers along with allied equipments.) of value not less than Rs. 45.89 Lakhs (50% of the amount put to tender during the last 5 years i.e. 2020-21 to 2024-25)( The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned Circle / next higher officer) (The work done of previous years shall be updated to 2024-25 at 10% per annum).

Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (Ax N x 2.5- B)

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years Period (2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 ,2023-24 & 2024-25)Achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 91.79 Lakhs (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract) (upload scan copy of audit report and originals should be produced while opening the tender.)
