Roofing

Providing & fixing high rib profiled sheeting 1000 mm minimum cover width with minimum 28-32 mm crests, manufactured out of 0.50 mm TCT (Total Coated Thickness) Hi-Tensile SMP Galvalume steel. The sheets shall have wide pans with 2 to 3 nos. stiffening ribs, effective water shedding and special male/female ends with return legs on side laps for purlins support and anti-capillary flute in side, lap. The sheets shall have a hot-dip metallic coating of Zinc and Aluminium (150 gms/sqm zinc/alum.coating mass total on both sides, AZ-150 as per AS1397), 550 Mpa yield stress, providing silicon modified polyester coating of approved colour of total thickness of 35 microns comprising of 20 microns exterior coat of SMP over 5 micron polyester back coat over 5 micron primer coats on both surfaces including, ridigs/ Hips / Valley/ laps and using 12 mm polymer coated hot dip galvanised hex self drilling fasteners on each crest of sheets for connection with purlins.

Flooring

Providing and fixing gang saw cut mirror polished (premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, or fixing with adhesive suitable for wood and granite curing, moulding and polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed (Digital) wall tiles conforming to IS : 13753 ( miniumum thickness 5 mm ) of approved make NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in all colours, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles (Antiskid)300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1 st quality conforming to IS : 13755 NITCO, ORIENT, SOMANY, KAJARIA or equivalent make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fypre Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement: 4 Coarse sand) including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete. including all carriages upto site of work.

Finishing

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of brick wall of mix: 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand )

Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry.

Providing and fixing 20mm thick cement concrete exterior wall tiles (duracrete or equilvent ) of approved make/pattern over 20mm thick cement mortar in ( 1 ; 4) mix incl filling of joints with cement slurry mixed with matching color pigment and carriage complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.
