(a) M&L for point wiring with 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including PVC insulated FRLS copper earth continuity conductor 1.5 sqmm, colour-coded as per IS, drawn through existing rigid non-metallic PVC conduit/casing caping , medium grade, ISI marked, ivory colour of size not less than 25 mm dia with all necessary conduit fittings and accessories such as bends, tees, couplers, junction boxes etc including concealed sunken modular GI metal box of minimum 1.0 mm thickness with approved colour modular mounting polycarbonate front plate and ABS under plate with CRCA metal frame and zinc-plated steel screws suitable for mounting modular switches, sockets, regulators etc complete for the following:– (i) One light point /fan point controlled by one switch - 70 Point (b) All as per item No 1 but One socket outlet, 6 Amp controlled by one switch on same board with other swiches - 06 Point (c) All as per item No 1 but One socket outlet, 6 Amp controlled by one switch on an independent board - 04 Point (d) M&L for point wiring with 1100 Volts grade PVC insulated FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor cable 2.5 sqmm, including PVC insulated FRLS copper earth continuity conductor 2.5 sqmm, colour-coded as per IS, drawn through existing rigid non-metallic PVC conduit/casing caping, medium grade, ISI marked, ivory colour, of size not less than 25 mm dia, with all necessary conduit fittings and fixing accessories, including sunken GI metal box of minimum 1.0 mm thickness with approved colour modular mounting polycarbonate front plate and ABS under plate with CRCA metal frame and zinc-plated steel screws suitable for mounting modular accessories, complete for one 6A or 16 A socket outlet point controlled by one switch on independent board -04 Point (e) S&F Modular switch 1 way 10A, 1 module size of approved make, with all necessary fixing and electrical connections complete - 50 Each (f) S&F Modular switch 1 way 16A, 1 modulesize of approved make ,with all necessary fixing and electrical connections complete - 04 Each (g) S&F modular Socket, 6A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module of approved make ,with all necessary fixing and electrical connections complete - 10 Each (h) S&F modular Socket 6A/16A - 2/3 pin combined 2 module of approved make ,with all necessary fixing and electrical connections complete - 04 Each (j) S&F ceiling rose, three terminals with insulated of approved make with all necessary fixing accessories and electrical connection complete - 40 Each (k) Supply and Fixing in replacement of wall/surface mounting luminaires integrated LED Batten 20/22 W, 6500/4000 K/3000K,120 lumens/watt , 230V with extruded Aluminium housing 4 feet long with frosted PMMA/PC diffuser & integrated electronic driver, 25k burning hours , including Electrical connection with PVC three core copper flexible wire & all necessary fixing arrangements all as per specified and directed - 10 Each (l) Supply and fixing in replacement of wall/surface mounting luminaires (Mirror Light) integrated LED Batten (2 feet) 10/12 W, 6500 K, 230V , minimum 100 lumens/watt,with extruded aluminium housing & integrated electronic driver complete including Electrical connection with PVC three core copper flexible wire & all necessary fixing arrngements all as per specified and directed - 06 Each (m) S&F in replacement of super bright LED (2X2), 36 W, 6500 K recess/surface mounting minimum 100Lumens/watt IP20 ,IK02 PF>.9 and 4kv inbuilt surg protection with high efficent LED source complete all as specified and directed - 18 Each (n) Supply & fix modular fan regulator 100 / 125 W, in 2 Module for ceiling fan and connecting as directed - 06 Each (o) S&F sub main wiring with two single core PVC FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm nominal cross sectional area and one run of 4.0 sqmm nominal cross sectional area PVC FRLS insulated multistranded copper conductor green colour as continuous earth wire drawn in and including not less than 20mm dia 'medium grade' PVC existing conduits (ISI marked) and fittings complete all as specified and directed - 100RM NOTE:- One unit length shall measured as two run of main wire and one run of conduit & earth wire (p) Supply and fixing in replacement of modular type AC box with socket plug top and MCBs with two pin and one pin for earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB 20 Amp complete -06 Each (q) Taking down carefully existing aluminium or copper point wiring (light, fan, socket, bell or power) including all associated fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, lamp/angle holder etc and making good the disturbed surfaces to an even and smooth finish using cement mortar 1:3 and applying white/colour wash to match the existing surface complete - 54 Point
