Requireda) Technical Tender Form ?Annexure-I: Technical tender form should be completely filled, signed and uploaded by the tenderer. All the required and relevant documents as mentioned in this annexure have to be furnished as a part of the Technical tender form.
Requiredb) Annexure II- Details of vehicles owned and hired should be uploaded in the prescribed format.
Requiredc) In case of Firms, tenderers should furnish a copy of Registration of Firm.
Requiredd) Copy of the Registered Partnership Deed along with permanent and present address of the partners in case of Partnership firm with minimum one year of existence prior to notification of Foodgrains Tenders.
Requirede) In case of partnership firm, all the partners should give an authorization letter, duly signed authorizing the Managing Partner to act on behalf of the firms in this matter, if the same is not specified in the partnership deed.
Requiredf) Affidavit attested by a notary to the effect that the Tenderer has no past or present criminal record with the Police/Vigilance of CS Dept./Vigilance and Enforcement Dept., Govt. of AP/Govt. of Telangana./Govt. of India and that the Tenderer or any of the partners or representatives were never black-listed by the Civil Supplies Corporation/any Govt. Organisation at any time or involved in diver
Requiredg) Affidavit attested by the notary, stating that, all the information submitted/ uploaded is genuine and correct , no false / forgery of documents given.
Requiredh) Affidavit stating that the tenderer or his representatives are not having any links with the rice millers/mills/Rice Millers Lorry Associations/Foodgrains Wholesalers and Retail Dealers and that the tenderer is not an existing Stage I Contractor / F.P.Shop Dealer or their Associates / Hamali / employees of the TGSCSCL Associations. Requiredi) An Affidavit should also be filed by the tenderers stating that they have not declared the same Stage II vehicles for another MLS Point within district or the MLS Points of neighboring districts for obtaining Stage II contract for that particular year. Tender without holding the number of vehicles prescribed stands rejected.
Requiredj) The Financial Bid form - Annexure ?III: The financial Bid form in the prescribed proforma has to be filled uploaded on the website www.tender.telangana.gov.in. as per the scheduled date and time. Only Single Financial bid form should be uploaded. Uploading of multiple bid forms will automatically lead to rejection of the Financial Bid and thus eventual disqualification of the Tenderer.
