Execution of complete scope of work for COMPRESSED AIR & CRYOGENIC NITROGEN PLANT PACKAGE on Lump sum turn Key basis within Time schedule adhering to Quality and Safety guidelines for the complete LSTK package along with associated auxiliaries, accessories, facilities, Piling, Civil, structural works, piping, insulation, electrical, instrumentations & control, painting works etc. complete in all respects as detailed out in the enquiry document as a single point responsibility vendor (SPRV). Package Scope includes Basic Engineering, Detailed engineering, 3D Modeling, HAZOP study, Procurement of raw materials and sub-ordered equipments, shop fabrication / assembly statutory approval, inspection, testing, painting, packing & forwarding, transportation to site, receipt, local site handling, storage, conservation, preservation and handling of material and consumables at site required for civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works within defined battery limit, site assembly, erection, hook up & tie in, testing, pre- commissioning, commissioning, performance guarantee test etc. Package comprises of Compressors, Dryers, Vessels, Pumps, filters, Exchangers, vents & drains, valves, fittings & mountings etc., piping within the Battery Limit, supply of all UG piping as specified elsewhere within the battery limit, Instruments, controls and electrical, Civil Work/ Structures / Platforms / staircases, insulation, coating, painting including all spares etc, providing all temporary structures / works and equipment for completion, obtaining statutory approvals (at installation state), supply of all instruments /gauges etc. for testing / pre-commissioning / commissioning, lubricants, chemicals as required, special tools, tackles and jigs & fixtures, completing all the works in all respects and handing over on lump sum turnkey basis within the battery limits as per the detailed scope of work, supply & services mentioned in tender documents including mandatory spares, first fill and consumables/catalysts / chemicals including On-site training to Owner’s personnel for operation & maintenance including the supply of all training materials as per scope of work mentioned in the Bidding Document. Bidder to consider any other material/item also required for completion of the plant works but not specifically identified and covered above for completion of LSTK package works • The quoted price shall also include all applicable taxes, Duties, Royalty and Levies as per bidding document.
