Material & Labour for providing plain Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in plinth protection 75mm thick,finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming joints at 2.5m centre to centre or at change in direction (as directed) and filled with mastic comprising of one part of bitumen and three parts of sand complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of capacity exceeding 500 litres and not exceeding 1000 litres (including 1000 litres), setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting,reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and including providing 20mm bore dia of pipe Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
