Disconnecting and taking out non functional VCB of any make of rating 11 KV, 630 Amp/ 800 Amps dismantling / opening of the VCB for servicing / overhauling taking out and removing unserviceable/ defective parts including cleaning and servicing, greasing , oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhuling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The quoted rate of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Sch 'A' as supply only. Make : CG, Areva & Simens

Calibration of relays, 11 KV of any description through primary and secodary injection method and testing complete re-setting where required and ensuring proper functioning of earth fault and over current relays complete all as specified and directed. Make : CG, Areva & Simens.

Disconnecting electric supply and earthed the Ring Main Unit (RMU) of cap upto 800 Amps of any make of rating 11 KV, opening of the RMU for servicing / overhauling the mechanism including cleaning and servicing, greasing, oiling of the parts etc reassembling the RMU after overhuling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. Make -ABB & C&S

Supply and fixing in replacement indication lamps (set of three) suitble for RMU, 11 KV complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exc. 1.5 m depth for laying cables, foundation for pole etc and getting out in soft/loose soil etc complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Serial item No 35.00 (here-in-before) but hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material to distance n. exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point etc complete all as specified and as directed. .

Returning filling in incl spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm thick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Sand cushioning 230mm thickness with dry sand (one layer of 80mm thickness before laying of cable and other layer of 150mm thickness after laying of cable) and punned down to 180mm after laying of cable in trenches for protection of cable complete all as directed. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness shall be measured.

Taking up bricks laid as stacking serviceable brick for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old bricks retrieved from item Srl Item No. 40.00 (here-in-before) as cable covers in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick covering to underground electric cable using sub class ‘B’ bricks, laid dry, flat, perpendicular to the direction of cable etc complete all as specified and directed. .

Taking up precast concrete laid as cable covers for reuse at site etc complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only old reinforced precast concrete cable cover retrieved from item Srl Item No. 43.00 (here-in-before) as cable covers in trenches etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV type 1 flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm (ISI Marked) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unserviceable HT underground cable 120/150 sqmm 3core 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, armoured heavy duty with multistrand aluminium conductors from trenches/wall/floor/road/ culverts or pole etc complete all as specified and directed .

Supplying, laying jointing testing and commissioning of HT underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11KV grade (Earthed) of size 120 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II cable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying jointing testing and commissioning of HT underground XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11KV grade (Earthed) of size 150 sqmm 3 core confirming to IS-7098 Pt-II cable laid in trenches/walls/ducts/poles etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 120 sqmm
