Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to new work give an even shade. (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Hacking of cement concrete flooring including cleaning for surface etc complete as per direction of the engineer in charge.

Cement concrete flooring/plinth 1:2:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in size of tile 600x600mm (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to I.S. 15622.of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting ,riser of steps,over 12mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 ,including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. (Make: Kajaria/ Somany/ Orient Bell /Cera/ Johnson/ Vermora or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. with 1:4 cm

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty float glass panes of thickness 4 mm.

Providing and fixing factory made P.V.C door of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm, made out of extruded 5 mm rigid PVC foam sheet, mitred at corners and joined with 2 Nos of 150mm long brackets of 15x15 mm M.S.square tube,the vertical door frame profiles to be reinforced with 19x19 mm M.S square tube, of 19 gauge, EPDM rubber gasket weather seal to be provided through out the frame.The door frame to be fixed to the wall using M.S.screws of 65/100 mm size, complete as per manufacturer's specification and direction of EIC.

24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm with nbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of sige 100x24mm and 2 mm wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanizzed M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm , having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized M.S rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of EIC.

Providing and fixing steel glazed doors, windows and ventilators, side /top /centre hung, with beading and all members such as F7D,F4B, K11 B and K12 B etc. all necessary fitting complete as standard design , including applying a premiering coat of approved steel primer.

Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, 3mm thick water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with glass fiber matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40.Litre/Sqm by the same membrane manufactured of density at 25 degree C, 0.87-0.89 kg/Ltr and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealing all joints etc, and preparing the surface complete.The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under : Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 350/300 N/5 CM. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 60/80N. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C. Cold flexibility shall be up to-2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorized applicator of the manufacturer of membrane 3 mm thick after cleaning of surface for the preparation of roof treatment by plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix to maintain the required slope and make smoth surface etc (Make: Pidilite/ Asian or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Taking out existing wooden door shutter (fly proof/ flush/ panelled), repair by cutting, painting etc and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, incl replacement of hinges with screws etc as reqd

24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm with nbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanized/plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws. The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanized M.S tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The lock rail made up of 'H' section, a uPVC hollow section of sige 100x24mm and 2 mm wall thickness, fixed to the shutter styles by means of plastic/galvanizzed M.S.'U' cleats. The shutter frame filled with a uPVC multi-chambered single panel of size not less than 620 mm , having over all thickness of 20 mm and 1 mm wall thickness. The panels filled vertically and tie bar at two places by inserting horizontally 6 mm galvanized M.S rod and fastened with nuts and washers, complete as per manufacture's specification and direction of EIC.

Applying one or more coats of distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade on old surface after preparation by removing dry or oil bound distemper by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Applying one or more coats of acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade of approved manufacturer on existing walls after preparation of surface by removing the old deteriorated one by scrapping, sand papering & preparing the surface smooth incl necy repairs to scratches etc complete. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).

Applying one or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old surfaces. (Make: Asian Paint/ Nerolac/ Dulux/ Berger Paint or equivalent quality approved by Engr-in -Charge).
