The body shall be made of high quality CRCA steel sheet of minimum 0.8 mm thickness for body and 1.0 mm thickness for doors, machine pressed and properly welded to form a rigid structure. The almirah shall have transparent toughened glass panels fitted in the doors for clear visibility of stored items. The almirah shall be provided with minimum 4 adjustable steel shelves made of 0.8 mm thick CRCA sheet, capable of bearing adequate load. The unit shall be provided with handle, locking arrangement with -way locking system and keys. The entire unit shall be treated with anti-rust process (phosphating) and finished with powder coating of 40–60 microns thickness in approved shade. PPCP/nylon bushes shall be provided at the base to prevent floor scratches. The approximate overall size of the almirah shall be: Height – 1800–1950 mm Width – 850–900 mm Depth – 400–450 mm.
