Turntable: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Variable speed and bi-directional DMX controlled turntable with seating capacity of minimum 40 people. Diameter of the turntable 7-8 meter. The Turntable shall be fabricated as per Approved Shop Drawings (to be made by qualified structural engineer), with primarily Tubular Mild Steel Sections duly primed and painted. The rake will be made of approved 25mm Plywood including any required fire retardant suitable for Public area building. On-Woven Carpet on the Rake and peripheral areas is included as per approval .Drive- 25Kw variable frequency drive, Voltage 430 V-AC-3 Phase-50 Hz.The ride and all mechanical components are designed and manufactured to withstand all static and dynamic loads including safety factor as suggested by the required regulations. All public safety and structural safety norms and standards shall be applicable. Item to include all material, labour, transpiration and carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC. Cost should include 5 years maintenance and warranty at site

Hyper Realistic Mannequin: Curating , Designing , developing, providing, casting, installing erecting, fixing final finishing and commissioning of hyper realistic mannequins of required material, shape, size, posture, colour, expression, gesture, design including costume and accessories of all characters i.e. Hair grafting, silicon pigmentation, etc. on the basis of the design concept / model / prototype / drawings . The 3d asset to be designed in line with the approved characters as described in the script and to be designed and curated by a sculpture of repute and approved by the EIC. the approx. hight of mannequin will be 6-10 feet .Item to include all material, labour, transportation and carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC. Cost should include 5 years maintenance and warranty at site

Multi layered sets: Artistically designed, curated and composed themed layered set to depict the story as per the approved script. Set to be installed with back base made of 1.5" x 1.5"X 2 mm MS framework and cladded with 18mm BWP ply . The complete set to have layered artwork in printed vinyl pasted on appropriate material (MDF/HDF/acrylic) with LED strip lights whoever required. The item to include various props, drapes, chairs and mannequins with relevant costumes and as directed by the set designer or art director of repute. Cost should include design, composition and installation of fittings, as per the approved design and drawing. The agency is expected to design and detail the set for supply and installation of an immersive set including curation of relevant illustrations and provide drawings, sketches, shop drawings and suitable visual representations for approval. Item to include all material, labour, transportation and carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC. Cost should include 5 years maintenance and warranty at site.

Chausar Dice: Artistically created, designed and composed chausar dice prop fabricated in wood and finished in approved paint finish as per the designed artwork , designed and curated by set designer of repute. The installation to be hung using appropriate hanging mechanism/structural framework. The artwork should replicate era specific look as directed by the art director. All public safety and structural safety norms and standards shall be applicable. Item to include all material, labour, transportation and carriage in all leads and lifts complete in all respects and as directed by the EIC. Cost should include 5 years maintenance and warranty at site.

Wall Mural: Thematic mural with low and high relief as per Approved Artwork made of materials like ceramic/teracotta/fiber glass,etc with limited decorative materials like glass/acrylic/ metals of various types and finishes, duly finished as per Approved Artwork. The design to be composed under the narrative of the designated script. Artwork to be produced under the direction of an art director. Thematic mural with relief shall be produced as per approved shop drawings, sketches, artworks and suitable visual represenations to be supplied by the agency. Item to include all material, labour and carriage in all leads, scaffolding and lifts complete.

FRP Sculpture Mannequin: Providing and fixing FRP scultpture height 6 feet to be made in FRP as per design and finished in paint as per approved sample. The base of the sculpture to be made in dia of 5' and height of 2'. The sculpture to placed on top and should be inclusive in the overall height. The fiber work to be supported by MS structure duly painted and secured to the base with mechanical fastners. The installation shall adhere to all structural stability and public safety. nail and eye simulation etc on the basis of the design concept / model / prototype / drawings and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of 12.5mm thick Gypsum ceiling cladding cladding as approved by the architect including jointing in curved profile at all height (vertical portions to be measured separate and to be paid extra - if done ) as approved by the architect including jointing and taping on existing surface over existing GI/MS stud framing or on GI stud framing as per the drawings and specification. The cost includes labour, materials, wastages, hardware, lead, lifts, cutting to all shapes ,fixing at all loations and levels etc. complete as per the instructions.
