Providing and painting wit epoxy paint (two or more coats) using APCODUR-CF-641 finishing coat at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer specifications including a priming coat if specified by the manufacturer, preparation of surface and etching with 10% commercial Hydrochloric acid wherever necessary and neutralizing the acid etched areas by washing with 5% solution of soda ash neatly and washing with sufficient water, after first coat Epoxy based trowelling compound if required, including preparation of the surface by scrapping, applying sand paper, filling the holes, joints, cracks if any, et. complete all as per manufacturers Technical Data and as directed at site to achieve 150micron Dry film thickness (50Micron primer coat and 100micron finishing coat). Note:1) 'AMERLOCK 400' Epoxy with 'AMERCOAT 65' Epoxy thinner manufactured by Goodlass Nerolac or 'EPIGIARD TL HIGH BUILD 533 FINISH. Epoxy paint over 'EPIGUARD HP OFF WHITE PRIMER' of 'SHALIMAR PAINTS' make or M/S Asian paints 2) Sample work to be executed and got approved by the engineer in chage before bulk procurement. 3) Sufficient ventilation arrangements to be made in the working area at the coast of contractor. 4) Sufficient lighting / ladders to be provided by the contractor. 5) Equipment/ machinery in the working area to be covered with tarpaulins by the contractor. 6) Sufficient care to be taken while erecting and dismantling of scaffolding/ ladder from damaging / injuring flooring/ wall surfaces. All damages need to be rectified at the contractors cost. 7) Approved type / make of Air Compressor and airless spray gun with tip to be brought by the contractor. 8) Protection wears as per safety code norms are to be provided by the contractor. 9) Paint testing equipments such as 'Ford Cup' 'Elco meter' and wet film gauge are to be arranged by the contractor. 10) Safety qualified supervisor and technical supervisor each 1 No. to be present at site till the completion of the work. Providing varnishing one or more coats with spar varnish or Marine varnish of approved brand and manufacturer including preparation of the surfaces, as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS: 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Painting and stencilling of letters on cell wall, tank and equipments including supply of all consumables. The work involves surface cleaning, application of 2coat of yellow paint background & boarder with black paint, cutting of letter stencils & fixing of stencils over the yellow paint and applying black paint over the stencil.

Stencilling of letters on the building walls including marking the area, computer designing of stencil, fixing the stencil paper and applying black paint over the stencil.

Carrying out day to day activities in various areas, related to masonry maintenance works like closing of wall opening and duct opening by well burnt bricks, plastering the wall areas and repairing the wall cracks etc. In various areas & buildings and attending any breakdown / emergency complaints to maintain services etc. all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (In-Active areas)

Providing and fixing double Tubular scaffolding system using H-Frames / APS system of (cup lock type) on the exterior side upto seven story height made with 40mm dia. M.S tube 1.5m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup and lock system with M.S tubes, M.S tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with building etc. wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc. complete as per directions and as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The elevation area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purposes. The payment shall be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.
