Construction of Boundary with G.I. Chain link wire mesh fencing around Gaushala at Kathor Kalan Amb.

Excavation in foundation,trenches etc. in earth work,lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the eacavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm.layers, when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then deposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 meters. Pick work & jump work.

Providing from work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in the frame 30x30x5mm. So as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supportings floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work in : (a) Foundation, footings basis of columns etc. and mass concrete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 Sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 Sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) excluding cost of Centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Steel work welded in built up sections, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position for boundry fencing i/c making holes for nut bolts for fastening of wire mesh as per direction of Engineer -in- Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding prime coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint of approved make Nerolac/ Asian brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Providing and fixing G.I. Chain link fabric fencing mesh made with GI wire of Dia 4mm of required width in mesh size 100x100 mm including strengthening with 2mm dia G.I. wire or 8mm dia nuts, bolts and washers as required complete in all respect on Angle iron posts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying straining and fixing plain mild steel glavanized wire 4mm on top of steel standards and or to straining boards including securing with galvanized iron type wire galvanized iron and staples or steel pins etc. as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces (two coats) to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials.
