Removing existing paint by scrapping with TruCare Wall Sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and as directed.Providing and applying waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg (undiluted) per Sqm of Asian Paints or its equivalent over the new plastered/ old painted wall/ ceiling after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and as directed. Step 1) Mix the putty powered by adding 40-50% water and mix it with Asian Paints Trucare Putty mixer (Trucare Putty mixier capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco spray Machine (Model: EH 230 DI) or equivalent having DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041”. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. Sanding of the putty surface with Asian Paints TruCare wall sander: L-01/H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7”/9” to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour, complete all as specified and as directed.Providing and applying two coats of smooth acrylic emulsion with rich matt finish having voc less than 50 grams per ltr complying leed criteria @ 1ltrs (undiluted)/10 Sqm diluted with water in 2:1 ratio applied over priming coat with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of Asian Paints Trucare Graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min 1HP with a flow speed of min 1 Ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in both the coats of paint complete all as specified and directed

The baffle blade shall be in size of 30 x 100 x 3000mm in powder coated finish of approved shade or wooden texture. The baffle blade shall be suspended using Slotted U-profile powder coated to black colour at an on-center spacing of 100/150/200mm.
