| 1.02 | MAIN FIRE ALARM CONTROL PANEL OR NETWORK NODE: 1. Main FACP or network node shall contain a microprocessor based central processing unit (CPU) and power supply. The CPU shall communicate with and control the following types of equipment used to make up the system: intelligent addressable smoke and thermal (heat) detectors, addressable modules, printer and other system control device. 2. In conjunction with intelligent loop control modules and loop expander, the main FACP shall perform the following function: supervise and monitor all intelligent addressable detectors and monitor modules connected to the system for normal, trouble and alarm conditions, supervise all initiating signalling and notification circuits throughout the facility by way of connection to addressable monitor and control modules, detect the activation of any initiating device and the location of the alarm condition, Operate all notification appliances and auxiliary device as programmed complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. | - | - | - | - |
| 1.03 | NETWORK COMMUNICATION: The FACP shall communicate over a peer-to-peer communication network, inherently over a regenerative communication format and protocol. The network shall support communication speed up to 100 mbps and support up to 200 control panels/network nodes over a single medium (copper conductor/fibre optics), redundant ring, communication channel for fire alarm, voice evacuation and telephone talk back system. The system shall support up to 200 such networks in a single system. | 1.04 | DIGITAL VOICE COMMAND CENTRE: 1. The digital voice command centre located with the FACP, shall contain all equipment required for all audio control, emergency telephone system control, signalling and supervisory functions. This shall include speaker zone indication and control, telephone circuit indication and control, digital voice units, microphone and main telephone handset. 2.Function: The voice command centre equipment shall perform the following function: a. operates as supervised multi-channel emergency voice communication system. Operate as a two-way emergency telephone system control centre. b. Audibly and visually annunciate the active or trouble condition of every speaker circuit and emergency telephone circuit. c. | 3 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of analogue addressable Multisensor with inbuilt isolator having three sensors (OH2) i.e. one optical and dual heat sensor (Static and ROR both), It shall have multiple modes with min five different optical sensitivity adjustment from 1.1%/m to 4.2%/m and to be possible to configure the detector to work in any of the modes such as only optical type or only heat type or combined type. 360° Visible Tri-coloured led for Normal, Fault and alarm condition, addressing shall be by means of soft addressing or dip switches or decade switches, or suitable punched cards.
