Material and labour for dismantling / opening the burnt motor, rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves and dry and packing etc including replacing of bering, impeller and Mechanical oil seal and reassembling complete motor of capacity 15 HP to 20 HP complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : (a) The cost of copper winding wire of any size / gauge deemed to included in this job (b) The cost of tranportation such as vehicle, T & P and man power for taking out of faulty motor and lowering the same deemed to be included in this job (c) Old copper winding wire will be the property of contractor (d) Replacing of parts will be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Supply and fixing in replacement MCB 32 Amps four pole 240 Volts, 50Hz, rupturing capacity 10 kA, C curve , conforming to IS 8828 ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole, 16 KA complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 100 Amp, 4 Pole, 25 KA complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCCB 250 Amp, 4 Pole, 25 KA complete all as specified and directed by EIC.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan belt B 70 and suitable for 40 HP Compressor ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement fan belt B 52 and suitable for 20 HP Compressor ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement of 3 pole power contactor MNX 40, AC 3 phase, 415 Volt, 15 HP Auxillary contact ( NO-1 + NC-1) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of 3 pole power contactor MNX 18, AC 3 phase, 415 Volt, 10 HP Auxillary contact ( NO-1 + NC-1) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement of thermal over load relay 11 to 17 Amp 415 Volt complete all as specified and direcetd.

S & F in replacement of electronic timer for star delta starter 415 volt timing range 0 sec to 30 sec complete all as specified and direcetd.

Material and labour in replacement of Single phase preventor SM 301 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing Ductile Iron Pressure Pipes with spigot & socket ends of 100 mm bore class K-7 centrifugally cast conforming to IS:8329/2000 blast furnace slag cement portland cement properties suitable for push-on jointing with inside surface cement mortar lining, with internal metallic zinc coating and external black bitumen coating, duly ISI marked complete laid in trenches or under the roads, with and including Tyton rubber gasket push-on joints as per required at site, including DI fittings required at site and dismantling & taking out the old unserviceable water supply pipe line any type from the trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note :- (a) Excavation & other earth work shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

Repair / rewinding of electric mono block motor 15 HP including disconnecting electric connection carefully and shifting to repair workshop and opening the electric motor rotar and stater. Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve, retopening of coil, supply and replacement of bearing -02 Nos and welding granting and polishing of shaft as per bearing size. Reassembling the motor and shift to site and fixing and testing on load.

Repair / rewinding of electric mono block motor 10 HP including disconnecting electric connection carefully and shifting to repair workshop and opening the electric motor rotar and stater. Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve, retopening of coil, supply and replacement of bearing -02 Nos and welding granting and polishing of shaft as per bearing size. Reassembling the motor and shift to site and fixing and testing on load.

Repair to water circulation pump 01 to 05 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shiftting to repair work shop and disconnecting / opening the motor, stater & rotter carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of two No ball bearing , assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load complete all as specified and directed. NOTE for items No- 22, 23 & 24 : (a) The cost of copper winding wire of any size / gauge deemed to included in this job (b) The cost of tranportation such as vehicle, T & P and man power for taking out of faulty motor and fixing at existing the same deemed to be included in this job (c) Old copper winding wire will be the property of contractor (d) Rate for replacing of parts is deemed to be included in this job.

Testing of treated water of STP from recognised lab of PPCB checking the level of BOD TSS, PH & O&G, NO2, HCL, CO and other parameters all as specified and directed. It will be done under SHO once in one month and result achived should meet GOI Guidelines on the subject. The site will be subjected to check by MES authority as well as by Stn HQ and all times STP would be odour free and water will be algae free complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to air copmressor of 20 HP deffusers coarse bubble / nozzles including opening cafefully and cleaning / repair/ replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) oil seal drive end long shaft and Short shaft, Piston and sleeves, Leap seal gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size, replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on load.

Material & Labour for Repair and Rewinding of Electric induction motor 40 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully and shifting to workshop and opening the electric motor rotar & stater and Rewinding the motor as per existing gauge of copper winding wire, varnish, insulation sleve and reassembling the motor shift at site and connecting, testing on load ; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and installation, testing and commissoining of NON- CLOG vertical submersible pump 510 LPM 20 MTR HEAD 7.5 HP with chrome steel impeller and cutter, non clog to pass 30 mm size particle incl with guide rail and lifting chain compl all as specified and directed by Engr - in - charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS pipe double flanged type not less than 4 mm thick heavy grade with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to wall and ceiling etc of sizes 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of MS pipe double flanged type not less than 4 mm thick heavy grade with all fittings laid in floor or fixed to wall and ceiling etc of sizes 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI butterfly valve heavy grade size 150 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and fix in replacement of CI butterfly valve heavy grade size 80 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and dircted.

Supply and mixing of poly electrolite (PE) Anionic 99 % complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and mixing poly Aluminium Chlorite (PAC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and chlorination of sodium hydrochloride solution having free chlorine from 7% to 10 % in and including 45 Ltr PVC Canes/ drum complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of submercible PVC insulated 2.5 Sqmm, 10 core copper cable HR 120 deg C, 1100 volts conforming IS 694:1990; complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of sewage collection sump/ Treated water tank/ Tube settler tank of capacity 25000 Gallon : (i) Dewatering with submercible / sludge pump which empty the sump / tank upto base level. (ii) Removing sludge from sump wall and bottom sump have to be removed with the help of special sludge pump and remaining dirt which may have hidden in rough slots of the bottom to be removed mannualy with brush (iii) After cleaning the sump apply bleaching powder for disinfection of sump (Sewage collection sump).

Description all as per item S No 39.00 here in before but capacity 50000 Gallons.

Removal of dry sewage sludge from dry bed and and disposed off properly outside the MD land upto the entire satisfaction of engineer in charge complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of terminal block 4 way / 6 way as required and directed, barrier type, panel mountable with current carrying capacity of upto 25A, suitable for voltage of 415 , complete with screws and other accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Starting up aerobic process from airation tanks (set of two), running of blower 24 hrs a day basis add free cow dung water, DAP powder, urea powder add aerote the contents of the aerotion tank for 2 checking of MLSS level mainting up to prescribed level of PPCB complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for painting of sewage pipe line at STP 1.1 MLD, STP 2.5 MLD & STP 0.87 MLD complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed .

Returning filling including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 M and and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of CI sluice valve heavy grade of size 150 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of CI sluice valve heavy grade of size 100 mm dia PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement CI non return valve 150 mm bore heavy duty grade PN 1.6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge.

To attend the Elect complaints of sewage installation replacing burnt lugs of cable, to check auto star delta starter, voltmeter, Amp meter in pump panel change over switch and make functional if minor repair involves to above equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plastic media MBBR (moving bed bio reactor) complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge.
