Taking out existing kerb stones of all types from footpath/ central verge, including removal of mortar etc.disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Chargeincluding supply of all materials labour,T&P all taxes including labour cess etc.required for proper completion of the work.As per DSR16.82.But Excluding GST

Providing & laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level & curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C. kerb stone shall be approved by Engineer- in-charge). including supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes including labour cess etc. required for proper completion of the work.As per DSR16.69.But Excluding GST

M-150 Brick Work in 1:4 (1 cement : 4 corase sand) in super structure including supply of all materials labour,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.including labour,T& P,all taxes including labour cess etc.as required for proper completion of work.As per DSR Item No.6.4.2.But Excluding GST

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters & under,including cutting the patch in proper shape,raking out joints and preparing & plastering the surface of the walls complete,including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground,all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 Coarse sand) including labour,T&P,all taxes including labour cess etc.as required for proper completion of work.As per DSR14.1.2.But Excluding GST

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade.Two or more coats on old work.including labour,T& P,all taxes including labour cess etc.as required for proper completion of work.As per DSR 13.99.But Excluding GST
