Note:- Excavation, returning filling etc shall be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fix in replacement Pin type polymer/ insulator having creepage distance of 320mm (min) insulator incl of spindle and nuts and washer having spindle length min165mm and dia of 20mm for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement shackle Type, Porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of height 150 mm and 150 Dia including galvanised mild steel straps of size 38/5 mm, insulator bolts 20 mm dia with nuts and washers.

M & L for Locating & pin pointing conductor and insulation faults of low and high resistance, intermittent or flashing nature in XLPE HT underground power cables of the rating 11 KV with the help of Pre-locator with time domain laptop based reflectometer/ electrometer using pulse echo method, impulse current method & decay method, and using DC high voltage surge generator to produce surge to trace route and pinpointing fault with the help of dual channel digital sound system, magnetic & acoustic for location of fault with acoustic transducer (pickup) and the amplifier with headphones, after pinpointing of faut location necessary excavation upto 10 mtr lengthand taking out of faulty cable for repair/ replacement of joint, relaying of cable/ cover & brick protection, refilling of soil and removal of surplus soil etc at Kapurthala cantt all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The joint shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Disconnection of HT/LT connections, earthing, foundation bolt etc, taking down distribution transformer 11/0.433 KV from 2 pole/4 pole structure/plinths, transportation to repair work shop/factory including loading/unloading of transformer of any capacity

Diagnosing of fault by opening the top cover, decanning of transformer oil , taking out core assembly after removing HT/LT side bushing connection and asses the damage. Replace the unsv parts, replacement of reqd insulating material, ovening in suitable furnace and refixing of making all the connection for HT/LT side including connection of tap changer switch, refilling of dehydrated/ new transformer oiland the transformer for its efficient working. Note:- (i) Contractor shall arrange visit of Engr-in-charge for strip/winding inspection of transformer before and after making out repairs for joint assesment of involved repairs and testing of transformer at workshop. (ii) Cost of rewinding, major spares parts which are mentioned in schedule is not included in rate however other parts reqd for repair of transformer deemed to be included in rates
