Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.50 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 m and making good surface in soft/ loose soil and removing surplus soil outside MD land complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole , laying of UG cables etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft rock complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Removing old dumped junk / building materials / tree roots , trunk & branches of any size etc from JCB & loading in tractor - trolly or tipper & unloading out side MD land complete all as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Providing precast ce- ment concrete Type B1 1:2 :4 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces or surface other than fair faces brick work, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Three coats of white wash on newly plastered surface of ceilings after necessary preparation of surface complete all as directed.

M & L Two coats of 1st quality synthetic enemal paint over a coat of zinc chromate primer over any description of new steel surface over 10 cm in width or girth including necessary preparation of new steel surface complete all as directed.

Supply, laying, joint, testing and commissioning of DI pipes 80 mm bore Centrifugally cast, internal cement mortar lining, external metalic zinc coating with finishing layer of black bitumen, pressure pipe socket and spigot end, confirming to IS 8329-2000 with ISI marked K-9 in standard length including any type of specials as required / ordered such as bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle / radius and straight connecting pieces etc & necessary ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber gasket, tyton jointings, jointing materials complete all as specified. Boring of holes under any type of road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology method i.e using ultra sound technique and necessay machine with depth of boring not less than 1 to 1.5 Mts from top surface of any description including entire length of boring with new HDPE pipe of 200 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure including making good of the disturbed surface of roads , pavements etc as per its original specifications to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge without any extra cost to Govt. complete all as specified and directed (Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of transportation of drilling mahine , HDPE pipe etc ).

M & L for 50 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, nipples, unions, short pieces etc laid in trenches making necessary connection and testing on completion all as specified and directed .

M & L for 15 mm bore steel water tubing medium grade (ISI marked) with fittings all new (ISI marked) fixed to wall and ceiling or laid in floors complete all as directed.

Top cover shall be made out of MS sheet 3.00 mm thick fixed in angle iron frame made out of angle iron size 40x40x6 mm with two number of hinges on one side and locking arrangement at other side complete including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified.
