SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ E/M WORKS]

Comprehensive maintenance and repairs including renewal/ replacement of defective parts of electrically operated Freight lift make of CITY LIFTS (I) LTD with a capacity of 2000 Kgs for 3 Stops / 3 landings 0.50 M/Sec speed with Thyristorised dual push button control system serving ground floor and two upper floors installed at Naval Store Depot Royapuram Chennai (NSD) all as specified and as directed. Serial No/SM No:- SI No MTP IP-21

Note for item Nos. 2 to 10 : (i) The spares/electrical items as listed in Sch 'A' Part II will be used whenever required only and measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) The rate is inclusive of all items as required at site except those items as given in Sch 'A' Part II to keep the lift operational round the clock including cleaning and greasing all moving parts on monthly basis complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (iii) If spare parts of original make is not available in market necessary suitable spare equivalent to existing lift part as approved by Engineer-in-charge shall be used in the work so that to run the lift with smooth functioning (iv) Cost of renewal of lift license is deemed to be included in the quoted rate against Sl No 2 to 10. (v) Quoted rate incl the testing of all the lifts by licensed Lift Inspector of tamil nadu twice in contract period for saftey.Certificate issued by the licensed lift inspector shall be submitted to Eng-in-charge. (vi) In case of any of the lift/lifts is/are not working for more than 24 hours but less than 10 days, Recovery will be affected at the rate of Rs 2,000/- per lift per day and Rs 3,000/- per lift per day after 10 days. (vii) The above lifts shall be repaired through OEM (Original manufacturer) or through their nearest authorised/accredited agency service personel only. After opening of financial bid (Cover 2) and prior to acceptance of work the lowest bidder shall submit MoU from the OEM of lift or their authorised/accredited agency. Non submission of MoU within 21 days after opening of financial bid(Cover 2) the work shall constitute sufficient ground for retender.

Supply only Main contactor 40A, 230V, 50HZ in the lift controller for display Make - TC or equivalent as approved by AGE(I).

Rewinding of magnetic brake coil 110V DC complete all as directed.

Rewinding of main motor 5 to 10 HP complete all as directed.

Rewinding of main motor 12.5 to 20 HP

Supply only infrared door sensors 230V,50HZ,15A complete all as directed. Make : Weeko or equivalent

Supply only Shoe liner 10 mm thick complete all as directed.

Supply and fix Travelling Cable 12 Core 0.5 sq.mm 1100V grade complete all as directed. Make: Macrotherm

Supply only Mother Board - Down Collective complete all as directed. Make: Power tech or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply only PF & RR Card 230V 50 HZ 15 A complete all as directed. Make: Power tech or equivalent

Supply only emergency LED light with inverter unit (rechargeable battery) 12V, 7AH for 2hrs power back up complete all as directed. Make: Power tech or equivalent

Supply only position indication card suitable to work in 24 V for landing and car complete all as directed.

Supply of auto door coupler complete all as directed.
