Supply,installation,testing & commissioning of transformer step down, outdoor type copper wound 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase, 50 HZ of rating 500 KVA(Level-III), core type, oil immersed naturally air cooled, oil natural air natural (ONAN), with external colling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector group DYn-11 with neutral brought out on secondry side (LV) and having taping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each on HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear switch. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 40 degree celsius in oil and 45 degree celsius in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree celsius transformer shall be of BOLTLESS core design. Transformer shall be double wound, core type with low loss, non ageing, high permeability prime grade CRGO wht m4 grade or better, perfectly insulated and clamped to minimize noise and vibrations. The transformer shall be IS/IEC 60076 and as per IS-1180 part-I of 2014 marked complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and shall comprise of the following:- Location:-DIPAC (a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of three nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washer , with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3 core 120 Sqmm, HT 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty. (b) One cable box on LT side(secondary side) consisting of four nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers, with cable glands suitable for reception/taking out 3.5 core 400 Sqmm , LT 1100 volts grade, PVC/XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, heavy duty, armoured cables including jointing materials complete. (c) conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (Silica Gel). (e) Explosive vent, Thermometer pocket on tank cover, oil level gauge, Oil drain filter valve, at bottom of the tank Lifting ligs,oil filling hole with cap/plug with connection plate complete, Air release valve plug and four nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (f) One no 100 mm dia, dial type thermometer, vapor pressure type, having range 0-120 degree Celsius with metal guard having maximum perimeter temperature reading indicator with re- setting device.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Servo voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase, of capacity 400 KVA , 50 Hz Automatic controlling/Regulating of voltage comprising Auto Transformer, Buck & Boost Transformer, copper wound with new filter and Dehydrated Transformer oil (As per IS : 335), servo motor, Auto controlled solid state control cuircut, naturally oil cooled, outdoor type and designed for three phase input voltage range between 340 V to 480 V and output voltage stabilized at 415 Volts + 1% with accuracy +2.5% and speed of correction 8 volts per second including other fittings and accessories as Voltmeter(0-500) to read input/output voltage per phase, mains/low/high limit indicators, manual increase/decrease push switch, auto/manual mode control switch and output adjustment etc. (a) Electronic control circuit. (b) Low voltage cutoff. (c ) High voltage cutoff. (d) Single phase preventor. (e) Time delay. (f) Toggle switch provided to by pass. (g) Servo by pass switch. (h) Over load and short circuit Trip facility(MCCB) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft/losse soil) for laying of cables or GI pipe and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Measurement shall be taken after punning down.

Supply & laying non-reinforced precast concrete cable (PCC) cover class HV type 1 with peak size 300 mm x 180mm x 40mm in trenches for protection to under ground cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing sub class B bricks having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sq cm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip of size 32 x6 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironsidecomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 15 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.
