Brick Partition Wall in CM 1:3 [One of Cement and Three of Sand) 115 mm thick Using 2nd class ground moulded chamber burnt stock of size 9"x4.5"x3" foundation and basement including both side plastering with C.M 1:5, 12mm thick, dewatering wherever necessary proper setting, curing etc., all complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing all RCC exposed surfaces such as RCC slabs, sunshades, canopies, stair case steps, landing slabs etc with CM 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces and providing necessary CM nosing, beading as per size specified wherever necessary using the same mix etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer

Plastering with C.M 1:5 (1 of Cement and 5 of M-Sand) 12mm thick with fine river sand for plastering including curing, neat finishing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and painting the Ceiling with two coats of cement paint as instructed by the departmental officers including preparation of surface curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specifications (The colour and shade of the cement paint shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work)

Painting the walls with Two coats with first class quality Plastic Emulsion paint of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scraping,clean removal of dirt. The rate includes cost of brushes,sand paper, plaster of parries, putty wherever required and neat finishing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officer(the colour and quality should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use)

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine Polished Rajasthan Kota Stone Slabs of 20mm thickwith Machine Cut Edges of size 2'0" x 2'0" and above and matching marble slab not less than 100mm width other than Adanga Marbles as border laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) fixing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to high degree of finish etc., The kota stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification

For making and fixing M.S.Sheet Door of required size with two shutter using necessary M.S.Angles 50x50x6mm/40x40x6mm "L" Angles as diagonal Bracings 4Nos. for each shutter and centre Bracings for 1No.for each shutter. Weathering course-using Concrete broken brick jelly 20 mm gauge in pure slacked lime (No sand to be used) over RCC roof slab. The proportion of broken brick jelly to slaked lime being 32:12½ cft well beaten by wooden beaters for giving required slope and thickness required etc complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm of approved quality laid in CM1:3 (one cement and three sand) mixed with 2% of water proofing compound by weight of cement used and pointed with the same oiled mortar including mixing of red oxide etc complete complying with stadard specifications and as directed by Departmental Officers.

Supplying and Laying the floor with plain ceramic tiles of approved quality, colour and design joint free of size 305x305x6 mm thick of approved make, quality and colour in all floors over a base layer of cement mortar 1:3 (one cement three sand) 20mm thick and laid straight alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 laid without any air gap in the tiles neatly and fixing in position as per standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on work.

Dadooing Ceramic Tile 300mm x 450mm x8mm best approved quality and colour in all shade of the glazed tiles in all floor over a base layer in Cement Mortar 1:2 (1 of Cement and 2 of Sand)10mm thick and laid in situ true alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement suit the colour of the tiles fixed in position without any air gap in the tiles neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the the departmental officers. The Colour & quality of tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use in work.

Supplying and Fixing in position best quality approved make white glazed earthernware Hand Wash Basin of size 550 x 400mm with a pair of cast iron brackets, including cost of 15mm dia metre brass chromium plated piller tap, 32mm dia metre G.M Wheel Valve, 15mm dia brass nipple 15mm dia nylon connection etc., including fixing the wash hand basin in the wall in position with pair of CI brackets with teak wood plugs and screws and giving necessary water supply connection and painting the brackets with two coats of paint over a priming coat of anticorrosive paint including testing for leakage etc., complete complying with standard specification.
