Vegetation except the tree and cleaning of the maintaining STP/ETP and sewage installations area upto the fencing or boundary wall. Note : Minimum qualification of Helper should be 10th standard.

Manning and operation of sewage treatment plant at GG Fort of capacity . 0.6 MLD for period of 11 months in (02 shifts/day, one in each shift of 8 hrs) including the operation of silent DG set, panel board treatment water pumps including all equipments installed in STP.Note : Minimum qualification of Operator should be ITI with 3 yrs experience in this field.

Providing Helper (MTS) to assist the operator for sewage treatment plant at GG Fort of capacity 0.6 MLD (02 shifts/day, one in each shift of 8 hrs) and when required responsible for plant operation. and responsible for cleaning of plant/area for uprooting the grass, shrubs. Vegetation except the tree and cleaning of the maintaining STP/ETP and sewage installations area upto the fencing or boundary wall. Note : Minimum qualification of Helper should be 10th standard.

Note for BOQ item Nos 1.00 to 4.00 above:- (a) This job shall be of operation and maintenance of installation and upkeeping of installation, equipment and other items of inventory in safe custody. (b) The installation shall not be left un-attended under any circumstances. If any loss occurs due to leaving the installation un-attended or theft, same shall be made good by the contractor failing which the items shall be arranged at risk and cost of contractor besides imposing penalty. (c) Contractor's quoted rate shall be deemed to have included the cost of stationery, protective clothing, gloves, torch & cells, tester/test lamp, including suitable / necessary T & P and any other required material for smooth functioning of the installations / Complaint Cells. Contractor shall provide necessary equipments for cleaning inside and outside of substation (grass, cutting, sweeping etc all as directed) (d) The minor stores such as fuse wire, insulation tap, nut, bolts etc required for maintenance shall be arranged by contractor without any extra cost to Govt and contractor quoted rates in Sch 'A' shall deemed to be included this factor.

Collection of treated water sample from 0.6 MLD and analysis every month and when directed and getting the sample tested from a govt approved laboratory and submission of report to Engr-in charge. However if results of any sample of treated water are not found satisfactory, same shall be again get tested by the contractor at his own, without any extra cost to the deptt. Parameters such as pH, TSS (mg/l), TDS (mg/l), EC us/cm, COD (mg/l), BOD (mg/l), Chloride (mg/l), Sulphate (mg/l), Oil & Grease (mg/l), T. Coil MPN/100 ml, F. Coil MPN/100 ml, SAR (mg/l), Amn nitrogen (mg/l) TKN (mg/l), T. Phosphorus (mg/l), RSC (mg/l) and oil and greasing or any other test shall be maintain as per CPCB Norms.

Coil MPN/100 ml, SAR (mg/l), Amn nitrogen (mg/l) TKN (mg/l), T. Phosphorus (mg/l), RSC (mg/l) and oil and greasing or any other test shall be maintain as per CPCB Norms. Note for item No 5 & 6 :- The sample of treated water shall be got tested from any lab approvd by Punjab Pollution control borad available at their website. The sample shall be collected by the rep of the lab duly sealed in the presence of Engr-in charge and necessary arrangement shall be made by the contractor.

Repair to STP main panel control panel by disconnecting all electric connections and dismentling the annuciator, alongwith all connected parts and reassembling after necesssary repair, replacement of lugs,dressing of cable, replacement of connectror blocks, nuts bolts and washers of suitable size and joints complete all as specified and directed.

Dismentling and disconnecting of all electrical connections of 7.5 HP to 20 HP non cloge submercible pump, taking out from sewge well dismantling of pump, shaft impeller unit etc and shifting it to work shop for reparing and reassembling and return back from work shop after repair to the site by transport and lowring it to sewage well after testing and commissioning complete all as specifiec and directed by EIC.

Material and labour for, Dismentaling/opening the burnt motor, (Rotor & stator ) rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper winding as per existing gauge including insulation material cotton tape, varnish, insulation paper, sleeves and dry and backing etcincluding replacing of bearing and reassembling complete motor. complete all as directed for 10 to 20 HP capacity. Note for item No 9 & 10 : The contractor will furnish six months warranty against any kind of defect for the repair carried out after the date of installation

All as per Srl item No 9 above but for 7.5 HP to 10 HP

Supply and replacement of SS impeller for 10 to 20 HP as per existing make and capacity complete.

Re-assembling the motor and shift to site and fixing and testing on load.

Repair to water circulation pump 03 to 05 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotor carefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of ball bearings. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load.

Repair to water circulation pump 01 to 02 HP including disconnecting electrical connection carefully from site and shifting to repair work shop and disconnecting/opening the motor and (stater & rotorcarefully and taking out burnt winding wire and Rewinding the motor existing gauge winding wire, insulation sleeve, varnish and replacement of ball bearings. Assembling after repair and shift to site and fitted and connection and testing on load.

Repair to Air compressor model UGRK190SR Make USHA of cap 40 HP of deffusers coarse bubble/nozzles including opening carefully and cleaning/repair/replacement rotary turn lobe air blower with air filter, silencer, gauger, safety valves, drive bearing and bearing (Gear side) Oil seal drive end long shaft and short shaft, lip seals gear and bearing cover, gasket gear cover and welding grinding & polishing drive rotor shaft assembly as per bearing size. Replacement the recommended oil grade and greasing and assembling and testing on load.Note : One year warrenty to be given by the contractor, any defects in the warrenty period to be repaired free cost.
