SPL REPAIR TO BRICK DRAIN FROM FPO TO OFFICERS LIVING ACCN AT PMS

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain work and removal of rubbish off the site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for flyash brick work with old size sub class ‘B’ bricks straight curved on plan exceeding 6 meter mean radius for drains etc in drainage works with old size bricks in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches , n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits ,manhole pier hole, laying of cables, pipes etc n.exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in any kind of soil complete all as specified and directed. Note : Manual excavation to be done. During excavation if any damage occured to existing cable any type/ water pipe line, it will be contractor responsibilty to get it repair and make functional by providing jointing kit etc without any extra cost. Contractor has to repair it within 24 hrs so that essential service can not be effected due to such damage.If contractor fails to repair it within 24 hrs penalty @ Rs 500/- will be charged to contractor. In this GE decision will be final, conclusive and binding.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil. complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exc. 500 m or part thereof beyond 500 m and upto total distance of 1.5 km at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pavings, with mix of fly ash, clinker & stone dust in the proportion of 1:3:6 (ie 10% fly ash, 30% clinker and 60% stone dust ) laying in layers n. exc 10cm thick, watering, ramming and compacted with hand/power roller 8 to 12 tonn roller to required camber and gradient complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregates as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 inside and outside wall of manhole,drain, of brick work/concrete suface even and smooth with/ without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
