Cutting/chipping the spalling concrete surfaces of columns, beams, cantilever etc and trimming & cleaning the surface to receive guniting/plastering up to 10 m height including all necessary form work & scaffolding and safety measures and lowering down the demolished material for disposal and disposing the demolition material out of MD land all as specified and directed.

Pressure guniting averaging 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 for soffits of slab,chajjas etc complete including application of bonding agent and applying nitozinc primer to exposer steel surface and providing necessary scaffolding and removal of the same on completion of the work all as specified and directed.

Pressure guniting averaging 40 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 for columns/beams complete including application of bonding agent and applying nitozinc primer to exposer steel surface and providing necessary scaffolding and removal of the same on completion of the work all as specified and directed.

Polymer modified mortar ie 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 added with Nitobond AR at the rate of 8 Ltrs per bag of cement for restoring concrete cover to structural members complete including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

Micro concrete rendroc RG (S) any thickness for structural members all as per manufactures instructions complete including leak proof form work coated with reabol mould release agent all as specified and directed including all including necessary steel scaffolding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hard drawn steel wire fabric weight exc 4kg per Sqm cut to lenghts bent to shape requred and tying with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm in dia supplied and fixed in reinforcement all as specified and directed.

Welding additional reinforcement with the existing rods of mild steel TMT bars10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hooking ends (Welding shall be measured separately) all as specified and directed.

Supply and application of Drilling and fixing injection packer and grout the Low viscous epoxy injection Resin Grout system of LVEP by using electrical operation Pump all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. M&L Rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:3 on as in ceiling of fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and as directed
