Earthwork in all kinds of soil in excavation of foundation trenches for columns, basement, tie beams, walls and steps in all kinds of soil including moorum, hard stoney earth and earth mixed with boulders except sheet rocks and boulders requiring blasting with all leads and lifts including dressing and leveling the bed sides up to required depth and depositing the excavated materials at places away from the work site with all leads and lifts, T&P for shoring, shuttering, dewatering if required etc. complete as per the drawing, designing including cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and filling the foundation and plinth with clean coarse river sand of approved quality from approved quarry, laying in layers not exceeding 150mm thick, watering and ramming including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) with 4cm. Size hand broken hard Granite metal including cost of all labour, materials with all taxes, lead,T & P etc all complete .

R.C.C.cwork of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade C.B chips including hoisting & laying including cost,carriage and royalty, tax of materials etc complete. including cost of materials labour complete.

Supplying, fitting and placing uncoated HYSD bar reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification

Rigid & smooth centering & shuttering for C.C wall including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials labour complete

Providing & laying cement concrete of prop. (1:2:4) in foundation bed and floors using 12mm nominal size down graded, screened, washed hard black crusher broken granite Chips of approved quality & from approved quarry including laying in the layers not exceeding 150 mm thick, hoisting, lowering, laying, watering and curing etc. complete to the required levels including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, T&P etc. as required for the work complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Remove excavate materials from the site by mechanical means with loading and unloading the same within 5 kms lead as per direction of enginner in charge. ( dismatling item 100% and earthwork wastage 70%)
