REPAIR TO ELECTRICAL SUPPLY AND REPAIR TO EM INSTALLATION OF ZONE A AND B AT AF STN BIKANER

Dismantling and taking out the old stay assembly complete including demolition of plain cement concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Unit rate of this item includes the loose/disconnect the all accessories which are connected to stay assy includng necessary excavation as directed. (ii) Existing stay assy are fixed on the LT/HT pole of PCC or steel tubular pole, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

Material and Labour for Stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No 1 including GI Adjustable Stay Rod of 16 mm Dia, GI Stay wire of size 7/4 mm incl stay clamps, loop type insulator, excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 concrete all as specified and directed. Note:- Unit rate of this item includes the cost of earthwork, loop type insulator, PCC and stay wire.

Material and labour for painting with synthetic enamel paint of two coats of post office red/white paint on HT PCC pole upto 1.5mtr height from coping in alternative red and white, strip of 30cm each and writing pole numbers with black paint.

All as per item No 03 above but for two pole structure and altenatively red and white strips on HT pole

Material and labour for painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint on PCC pole upto 1.5 mtr above the GL in alternatively black and white strap of 30 cm each after scrapping/removing the existing paint and the preparation the surface of PCC LT pole complete.

Material and labour for painting above the copping upto 1.5 mtr in alternatively black and white strips of 30 cm each & rest of the portion with two coats of silver/aluminium paint on steel tubular LT pole of any height after scrapping/removing the existing paint and the preparation the surface of steel tubular pole LT including painting of the channel cross arms, nut, bolts & washer, street light bracket and clamps complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for removing old stone aggregate of any size from 4 pole structures and resurfacing with new stone aggregate 40mm after making good to the existing surface upto 15cm height complete all as spefied and directed

Taking down/removing all connections of four pole structure including all jumpers and complete rejumpering using new ACSR connectors of adequate length and connections using aluminium lugs/sleeves of directed sizes and treating with conducting jelly and testing of structure before charging with electric supply all to the satisfaction of Engr in charge.

Supply, install, test and commission LT feeder pilar box/panel board, outdoor type, fabricate with 3.15mm CRCA sheet mounted on 50x50x6mm MS angle, 3 phase 4 wire, 440v, AC, 50 Hz, with TPN aluminium bus bar of capacity 400 Amps with pvc heat shrink colour code sleeves, mounted on porcelin insulators complete volt and amp meter, selecter switch with all accessories and consist of the foloowing switch gear: - (a) Aluminium bus bar 3 phase & neutral of capacity 200 Amps (b) Onload change over switch 125A, 4P (c) MCCB 4P 125 Amps (16KA) - 01 No Incomer (c) MCCB 4P 63 Amps (16KA) - 03 No Out going (e) MCB TPN 40Amps (10KA) - 01 Nos (j) RYB Phase Indication lamp (k) Digital voltmeter and Ammeter Note : Unit rate of this item also includes the following :- (a) For fixing the Panel excavation, earthwork and PCC work involved shall be carried out by the contractor as directed. (b) After errection / fixing of panels, all connection shall be made by the contractor as directed. (c) Including taking down exisiting LT panel.
