Providing Foundation and Erection of Shelter at Kolanoor Telephone Exchange site, including dismantling and shifting of Shelter from Garrepally TE, Karimnagar OA

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.

All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

a) 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand(zone-III): 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Smooth finishing of the exposed surface of R.C.C. work with 6 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 fine sand).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level with :

a)Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

20 mm cement plaster of mix :

a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Collection of BTS shelter materials from Garepalli TE compound and transportation to Kolanoor Telephone Exchange site in Karimnagar OA as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. The entire lot of Shelter members shall be transported in a single lot. (Rate includes loading, unloading and all other incidental charges).

Assembling/ Erection of shelter of size 3.13x2.14x2.75m including jointing the panels with pop up rivets, injecting the silicon sealant at panel joints and fixing to the bottom runners with SS Nuts and laying of PVC antistatic PVC flooring whereever necessary including copper strip of size 25 mm wide (cost includes all labour charges, materials like silicon sealant, Copper strip, labour charges for laying of antistatic PVC flooring , pop up rivets and SS nuts and bolts of size 16x75mm etc., complete) as per the directions of Engineer-In - charge. (The shelter material and antistatic PVC flooring materials will be supplied by the department at the site)

Supply of anchor fasteners (expansion fasteners) of approved quality including drilling in RCC and fixing complete.

a) 16mm dia - 100mm long

Supplying plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/nails including a coat of approved primer on one face complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

a) 18mm thick commercial ply conforming to IS : 1328 BWR type.

Supplying 2.00mm thick antistatic polyvinyl chloride sheet, DUNLOP rubber based adhesive (viz: 8753 or equivalent) and 25mm wide copper strip in required pattern all complete as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling/ dismembering of Pre fabricated shelter of size 3.13x2.14x2.75m including stacking the dismantled panels at site.The cost includes all labour charges, required tools and plants etc., complete and as directed by Engineer in charge.
