Dismantling of existing old fittings with door shutters, and frame, grills work and also with all the sanitary fittings including W C, wash basin and disposal of unserviceable materials at Municipal dumping ground outside school premises etc complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials, transport complete.( Boys & girls toilet block )

Dismantling tiles and disposing the same as instructed by Engineer in charge to Municipal dumping ground outside school premises etc complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials transportation complete.

Dismantling old loose cement plaster by well controlled mechanical means,carefully removing existing damaged loose disintegrated concrete of RCC coloumns,beams,slab,pardis,chajja,soffit.etc.Cleaning the surface by wire brush,scrapping the steel rods,applying rust removerof approved make, providing and welding steel bars to the slab,beams,coloumns wherever required.Providing a coat of anti corrossive.Providing and appying bonding agent , providing and applying/casting micro concrete of approved make to the disintegrated concrete which was removed. Providing and fixing chicken mesh 1/2"x1/2" of 22guage to hold microconcrete intact,applying a coat of bonding agent and finally plastering the surface with Acrylic repair morter made of Rheomix 131 or Rheomix 141 and curing the same.The above item includes giving proper support to the slab with telescopic props and proper steel scaffolding etc upto the height required, transporting and dumping the dismantled materials to muncipal dumping ground outsideSchool property etc. complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials. Providing and laying plain cement concrete (1:3:6) using 20/40mm graded black trap stone metal out of quarried boulders as coarse aggregate including mixing, depositing, consolidating, levelling, curing, etc. All tools, plants,labour and materials complete.

Striping old plaster,neeru, stacking the same as instructed by Engineer in charge.& disposal of unserviceable materials at Municipal dumping ground outside GSL premises etc complete with all tools, plants, labour and materials transportation complete.

Plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 15mm thick in single coat for internal surfaces of walls including curing etc all labour & material etc. complete. All labour & material etc. complete

18 mm cement plaster in two coats under layer 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) finished with a top layer 6 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand).

15 mm cement plaster on inside wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :for septic tank.

Constructing masonry in foundation and plinth using precast cement concrete solid blocks having a crushing strength of not less than 70kg/m2 (28 days curing) and a mix not leaner than (1:5:10) in cement mortar (1:6) including providing specially moulded blocks at junctions and corners, curing etc complete with all labour and materials.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
