M&L for sand cushion 20 to 30mm thick for fixing of inter locking tiles complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated material n exc. 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below & above ground level) complete all as specified and aS directed.

Taking down plastering on brick/ Stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrabing down with water etc upto a height of 8Mtrs including necessary scaffolding all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on concrete or fairfaces of brick work in CM 1:4, finished even and smooth without using extra cement but mixing WPC complete,all as directed and as specified (Note:- WPC measured and paid separately). NOTE : Cement mortar plaster will be done in River Sand only

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick cement mortar plaster in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces on ceiling / Sunshade including finishing even and fair w/o using extra cement Note: Patchwork upto a height of 8Mtrs including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Cement mortar plaster will be done in River Sand only

M & L for applying three coats of white wash on ceiling including preparation of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on steel & iron surface exc 10cm with or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Writing letters or figures (Black, Roman, Italic or Indian ) not exc. 30 CM height upto 20 mtr height from avg ground level, with white colour synthetic enamel paint on circular/ rectangular black back ground of size to meet the requirement of letters complete all as specified and as directed.

Writing stops, commas, short lines, dashes, hyphens and brackets etc upto 20 mtr height from avg ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including preparing surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paints or equivalent of Berger/Nerolac) over a coat of primer including filiing all cracks with approved crack filler upto four storey height of building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA of Asian Paints or equivalent of Berger/Nerolac) over a coat of primer upto four storey height of building complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing the Vegitation/ plant on roof/ wall in any position put the chemical to burn the roots of plant and repair with CM (1:3) and making good complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cutting grooves in brick wall of size 75mm wide 65mm deep and shapping to horizontal face of the groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for uprooting of wild trees such as grass/bushes etc from the roof / wall surfaces / AC sheets/soil pipes surrounding including its penetrated roots with suitable cleaning chemical and making good to the damaged plaster by providing CM 1:3 and finish the surfaces to match with the existing surface upto 20 mtr height from avg ground level, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 25mm Thick PCC (1:2:4) TYPE B1 by using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof floors , where required ober slabs inclufing necessary form work and finishing the exposed surfaces fair even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 using water proofing compund at the rate of 3% weight of cement over concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L priming the plastered roof surfaces with bitumenous primer @ 0.30 kg over applying hot bitumen VG-30 1.2kg/Sqm and applying APP based polymeric membrane weighing 3 kg per Sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt not less than 150gms/per sqm) and on primed surface by forced torch application over that applying bitumen base alluminium Paint 0.2 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.
