Provision of construction of office Building of Assistant Labour Officer (ALO) at Rengali in the District Sambalpur as per Lr. No.3846 dt. 30.04.2026 Buildings.

Cleaning & grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation,grass ,bushes, shurbes,sapling and trees girth upto 300mm ,removal of stumps of trees cut earier and disposal of unsevicable materials and stacking of servicable materials to be used or auctioned up to lead of 1000 meters including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm thickness.

Earthwork in excavation in all kind of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches and other civil works upto and including 1.5metre lift and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush, shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthwork in excavation in all kind of soil for site leveling, foundation, pits, trenches and other civil works more than 1.5m to 2.0m and including 1.5m lift and stacking the soil upto a lead of 100 metre and including dewatering, removing slush, shoring and strutting (as required), complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. In depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches plinth sides of foundation etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering, lead up to 50m and lift up to 1.5 mt etc. including cost of all labour, sundries T & P etc complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and lying plain cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using Portland slag cement (PSC) with 40 mm. Size black hard crusher broken granite stone metal and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned including hoisting, lowering, laying concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required levels laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes all materials and cost all labours, sundries, T & P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering if required including hire & running charges of water pump complete as per the instruction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying of Cement Concrete of grade 1:4:8 (1cement :4 sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) of approved quality from quarry mixing in concrete mixer ,lowering and compacting in proper thickness, watering & curing for the required period .including all cost of labour, material, conveyance, royalties and taxes, sundries, T & P etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying diluting and preparing chemical emulsion like imidacloprid 30.5% SC or other chemicals approved by central insecticides Board or as directed by the manufacturer and spraying the mixture uniformly by sprayer as per- constructional Anti-termite Treatment confirming to IS 6313 (PART-II) and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits, wall tranches, basement excavation top surface of plinth filling juction of wall and floors along with external perimeter of the building expansion joints. surrounding the pipes and conduits etc. at the rate of 7.5liter per sqm on vertical surface and 5.0 liter per sqm on horizontal surfaces, 50% of the emulsion to be filled in the holes made in trenches at 150mm center to center (or as directed by the manufacturer) including the cost of all materials. cost of all labour, conveyance, loading, unloading, T&P, Etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in Foundation structure using Fly Ash bricks of 23 cm. x 11 cm. x 8 cmsize having a crushing strength of not less than 75 kg./sqcm with dimensional tolerance ± 2% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and corbelling and similar such type of works with all necessary projections watering and curing after immersing the bricks in water at least for six hours before use including cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials with all labour,labour cess and T & P required for the work complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, lifting, hoisting and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade as per approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength (in work test) 250 Kg. / Square cm. in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 516 using 12 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crushed broken granite stone chips and screened and washed sharp sand for mortar of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned ( 20mm. size chips not to exceeds 25 %) to be mixed in concrete mixture with Portland slag cement (PSC) including hoisting, lowering, laying and compaction concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, centering and shuttering then after dismantling and removing debris from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials and cost of all labours, sundries, T & P required of the work etc.complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. But excluding cost and conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or tor steel tying the grills and placing in proper position.
