Balance work of const of RCC firewall incl. all material & labour at 400 KV GSS Bhilwara in between bus reactor & line reactor above height of 4.25 mtrs (avg. height) already constructed fire wall in length of 12.00 mtrs & height of 2.85 mtrs of 300 mm thickness in RCC M20 Grade including curing compaction finishing with rendering in cement sand mortar 1:3 in following steps:- 1. Preparation of surface by chopping loose & cracked concrete to required depth cleaning the exposed surface with wire brush, cleaning of concrete surface with water. 2. Cleaning of existing reinforcement & applying corrosion resistant paint & welding of new reinforcement with existing reinforcement as per requirement to provide required reinforcement as per enclosed drawing. 3. Complete centering & shuttering of plywood or steel sheets incl. strutting propping bracing both ways with steel/wooden props & scaffolding required for work in charged yard during shutdown as per availability including taking all safety precautions as per specifications & directions of engineer-in-charge.
