Providing and fixing 6mm (six millimetres) thick plain cement bonded particle board (Bison Board) sheet ceiling of approved quality with butt jointing and wood screws(frame work and cover filets to be measured and paid for separately) including entire carriage of material with in all leads, lifts, drawings, technical specifications as per direction by Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections (TATA/JINDAL/SAIL Make ), trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint upto all floor level in all heights In trusses, rafters and purlins in building and the like works including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing powder coated aluminium work/aluminium ornamental work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with Jindal/Hindalco aluminium extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make confirming to IS-733 and IS-1285 anodized transparent or powder coated to required shade according to IS- 1868 minimum powder coating of grade 50 microns fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions at top bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing/ panelling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per Architectural drawing upto all floor level in all heights and also including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provisions for fixing of fitting wherever required including the cost of PVC/Neoprene gaskets as required including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 12mm (Twelve millimetre) thick prelaminated board both side bwp phenol bounded exterior/interior side grade Green Ply/Teak Ply make / Powder coated with necessary screws in anodized aluminum work complete including entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying and fixing glass panes with putty and nails including removal of broken glass panes wherever necessary 4mm (Four millimetres) thick frosted glass ncluding entire carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications and the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic door spring of approved brand and manufacture conforming to IS 6315 for aluminum door including cost of cutting and floor as required embedding in floor and cover plate complete in all respect including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
