S & F Mild steel retainer clips suitable for fixing shelves complete all as specified.

S & F internal sliding system (8 ways) including locking form top to bottom.

M&L for one coat for synthetic enamel paint OG to the external steel surfaces after removing dust, grease / removal of dents& welding complete all as specified.

Repairs to Legs & Base Welding and replacing the old unservicable sheet including one coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable long rail Rectangular Pipe and replacing with new 25mm x 65mm mild steel rectangrlar pipe (18 Guage) complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable Middle Support and replacing with new 25mmx25mm mild steel (18 gauge) 04 Nos equal distance pipe in line with bottom of 25x65 mm section complete all as specified.

Removing unserciveable Legs and frame of Head board and replacing with new 38mmx 38mm mild steel square pipe (18 gauge) complete all as specified.

Removing unserciveable Legs and frame of Foot board and replacing with new 38mmx 38mm mild steel square pipe (18 gauge) complete all as specified.

Removing unserciveable Foot Board and replacing with new 18mm thick both side pre laminated particle board with 4mm teak wood beading all around shall be screwed to 18mm x18mm square pipes complete all as specified.

Removing unserciveable Head board and replacing with new 18mm thick both side pre laminated particle board with 4mm teak wood beading all around shall be screwed to 18mm x18mm square pipes complete all as specified.

Removing old unservicable ply top and fixing new 12mm thick ISI marked Plywood BWR grade commerical of required size. all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for painting to the external steel surfaces duly cleaning the old surfaces with emery paper providing one coat of synthetic enamel black paint glossy finish complete all as specified.

Repairs to Charpoy IP MAP with plywood top by taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Drg No: FD/MAP/04

Removing unserviceable long rail Rectangular Pipe and replacing with new 25mmx 65mm mild steel rectangrlar pipe (18 Guage) complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable short rail Rectangular Pipe and replacing with new 25mmx 65mm mild steel rectangrlar pipe (18 Guage) complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable stiffiner and replacing with new stiffiner 25mmx25mm mild steel (18 gauge) complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable legs and replacing with new legs 32x32mm mild steel (16G) complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable MS cleat and replacing with new MS cleat 25x25x6mm duly welded with frame complete all as specified.

Removing old unservicable ply top and fixing new 12mm thick ISI marked Plywood BWR grade commerical as per existing size complete all as specified .

M&L for painting to the external steel surfaces duly cleaning the surface with emery paper providing one coat of synthetic enamel black paint glossy finish & wherever is applying two coats paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified.

Repairs to table 900x600x760mm with drawer steel by taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Drg : FD-1008

Removing unserviceable steel drawers and replacing the same with new drawers, which shall be made out of 1.6mm thick M.S. sheet complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable legs and replacing legs 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable long rails and replacing legs 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable short rails and replacing legs 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components complete all as specified.

Removing unserviceable Stiffners and replacing stiffners with 25 mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components

Removing unserviceable locks and replacing the same with new lock, made out of steel body with six brass levers with duplicate keys

Removing unserviceable Hard rubber toe and replacing the same with new Hard rubber toe

Removing old unservicable table top and fixing new 18/19mm thick ISI marked Pre-laminated particle board one side teak face as per existing size . Complete all as specified .
