Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for angle iron pickets or fencing post or any description etc, all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in angle iron in posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) and similar works conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290), complete, all as specified & directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, parapets and railing upto 60 cm in height, coping, kneelers, apex stones bed plates, etc and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary use and waste of form work complete.

M & L Preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Preparation of old steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm bore, class NP2 , laid and jointed complete with collars, including demolition and breaking up drain pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Description same as per item no. 06.00 but bore of pipes in 450 mm

M&L fly ash brick work with modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 but except bricks, including dismantled of brick work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Bricks obtained from dismantled of brick masonary

M & L 15 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 50 mm dia in any length provided as in brick wall as weep hole, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate louvres and jallies, 40mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:6 etc, including all mouldings, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of priming coat(chalk whitening) complete all as specified.

M&L preparing of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on old decorated surfaces of wall (0.60X0.60 m Black paint and writing letters 30 Nos above) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 20 mm thick(of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platform and like, over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite colour as per direction of GE, including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed

M & L machine pressed precast concrete 60 mm thick glossy interlocking paver block M-35 Grade to IS 15658-2006, with grey cement and no pigment laid over dry sand cushioning, filling of joints with sand including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. colour and shape approved by GE,complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately) .

M & L M sand filling under floors or interlocking tile or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in mass concrete, foundation and any other location etc. and including demolition of PCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in leveling course to floor and including demolition of PCC, all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded as in sub base of floor and including demolition of PCC,complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge n. exc 63mm deposite, spread and levelled in layers n. exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified directed.

S & F Galvanised, corrugated mild steel 0.63 mm thick sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, wall clading, or as view cutter over the boundary wall, etc. including dismantling of corrugated steel sheeting, complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L Cutting up bushes, grass, eliphant gross,small branches of tree or any other type of obstacles to create workable space along the boundary wall and up to one meter wide from the wall to fixing of CGI sheet, barbed wire and concertina coil etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone slab flooring, landing,steps over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match with shade of slab including rubbing, rounding edge inner and outer and grinding and polishing to achive mirror finish including including demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness etc. complete all as specified and directed
