Construction of Compound wall at Nachuni Mahaviyalaya in the Dist. of Khordha

Dismantling of Brick / Tile work in cement mortar including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres including all labour, labour cess, machineries, T&P etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable materials to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Clause 201 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) & including cost of all labour, T&P, royalty etc complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard or gravelly soil within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr. depth including cost of all labour, labour cess and T&P for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling in foundation & plinth with excavated earth including watering and ramming within 50 mtr. initial lead and 1.5 mtr. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3 mtr. depth including cost of all labour, labour cess and T&P for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, filling in foundation and plinth with sand in 22.5 cm (9") thick layers including watering and ramming with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete of proportion (1:3:6) using 4 cm (1.5") size clean hard cruser broken granite stone metal of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15 cm (6") thick to required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with labour, labour cess and T & P required for the work etc. complete including dewatering if required.

R.C.C. work of grade M20 having a minimum compressive strength work test of 200 Kg./cm. in 15 cm cubes at 28 days after mixing and tests conducted in accordance with IS 456 and IS 516 using 20 mm size downgraded (20 mm not to exceed 25%) hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 4 weeks centering, shuttering and finishing the exposed surfaces smooth with cost, conveyance, royalties of all materials, labour and labour cess with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost and conveyance of M.S rods or Tor steel and binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc of the M.S. Rods or Tor Steel and binding wire tying the grills and placing in proper position - In Column Footing

Rods or Tor steel and binding wires and binding, tying the grills, hoisting, lowering and placing in proper position as required for RCC works and for providing cost, conveyance of M.S. rod or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour, labour cess with T & P required for the work etc complete in all floors (Weight of binding wires and lapping & wastage of rod will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of actual length of M.S. rods or Tor steel only.)
