Charges for dismantling and removing the all 8 Nos of load cell champer cover plates, disconnect the wiring cable from these 8 nos. of load cells, releasing the routing cable from the platform and load cells from the concrete pedestal bed. Repositioning and assembling the 8 nos. of load cells with re-routing of cable & connection of load cells and checking the weighing of weighbridge.

Charges for dismantling, lifting and removing the three platform segments one by one from the concrete pedestal by using crane. (The crane will be of contractor scope.)

Charges for checking the level of bed frame and lower carpet plate, at all 8 Nos of load cell and fabrication of templates for keeping the position of bed bolts and lower carpet plates. After getting clearance from civil maintenance division for proper setting of bed frame, positioning the bed frame into the all 8 Nos of load cell seating area and checking of alignment of load cell seating

Charges for lifting, leading, repositioning, assembling and aligning the weighbridge platform one by one after completion of new concrete pedestal works (The crane will be of contractor scope.)

Hire charges for higher capacity crane such as lengthy boom for lifting, leading and lowering the weighbridge platform maintenance works.

Charges for providing new pumpers in eight locations and strengthening of weighbridge structures and providing hand rails over the platform.

Charges for painting with one coat of rust converter, one coat of epoxy red oxide primer and one coat of epoxy high build coal tar one over the other with proper intervals over the structures, weighbridge platform and supports.

Charges for calibration & obtaining Annual statutory stamping for the weighbridge installed in the silo area from the Assistant controller of Legal Metrology, Salem inclusive of providing necessary assistance
