Renovation of 100 Beded Boys Hostel in Campus of ITI Lokai at Koderma Dist

Dismantling old plaster and pointing in cement or lime and raking out joints to 15mm depth, watering and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.

Providing 12mm cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 6mm cement plaster (1:4) in celling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete

Providing two coats of plastic emulsion paint of approved shade and make over a coat of cement primer over new surface including preparing plastered surface by rubbing smooth with pumice stone or fine sand paper, applying putty wherever required, scaffolding washing of floor and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing & Applying high quality acrylic modified resin based textureof Dholpur/Red sand stone Pattern with anti algae and UV resistanceproperties to be applied as intermediate finish in desired pattern @43.04 kgs/10 sqm to form film of 1- 1.5 mm thickness after scrappingand properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles from theplaster surface, followed by top coating with Premium Acrylic Smoothexterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade by twoor more coats @ 1.43 litres/10 sqm, complete as the direction ofEngineer -in-Charge.

Providing Two coats Acrylic Smooth Exterior paints over new surface do-----do all comp job.

Providing two coat of painting with ready mixed paint of approved shade and make over steel surface including cleaning the surface throughly , scaffolding and taxes all after removing dirt including scales smokes, grease and sand papering including cost of scaffolding and taxes all complete as per building specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6 mm angle iron and 3 mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer. Using M.S. angels 40x40x6 mm for diagonal braces

Taking down old door and window shutters including stacking serviceable materials within 15M,. Lead and disposal of unserviceable materials with all leads all complete as per direction of E/I.
