Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of Surplus earth within University Campus/outside University Campus as directed by the Engineer Incharge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 grade crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal sizes) in foundation and plinth including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work etc. complete.

P&L in position specified grade of RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) in foundation, plinth and in superstructure upto floor V level including cost of centering, shuttering upto Floor V Level but excluding cost of reinforcement in:- Columns, Pillars, Posts & struts, Beams (straight or curved), rib of coffers, lintels, brackets, suspended floors, roofs (any slope), water tank, slabs of coffers, landings, balconies, shelves chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window cills, staircases and spiral staircases, arches, arch ribs, domes, vaults shells, folded plate, staircase steps including waist slab, folded steps etc. All RCC works upto floor V level complete in all respects. Nothing extra shall be paid for any additional height of formwork.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of cold twisted steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete as per specifications and drawings. All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation, plinth & in superstructure in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) upto floor V level. Nothing extra shall be paid.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:6 (1 cement; 6 coarse sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior/exterior plastering including arises, internal rounded angles not exceeding 80cm in girth and finished even and smooth including making grooves (in between brick masonry and RCC work) including cost of form work/scaffolding as required upto height of floor V level.

Providing first class Sal wood in frames of doors, windows, clearstory windows and similar work and fixed in positions including P&F of Sal wood ornamental beading at all sides of frames including applying two coats of wood preservative to all sides of the frame as per the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge at site before fixing and also including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of required shade and finish complete.

Providing and laying 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) under flooring laid to required slope including necessary consolidation, finishing and tamping complete.

Finishing plastered wall surface (Interior) with wall care putty (two or more coats) giving an even and smooth surface including cost of the wall care putty and labour complete upto height of floor V level. Take Qty Vide Cielling Plaster and other Plaster.

Providing 40mmx5mm flat iron hold fast 40 cm long including fixing to frame with 10mm diameter bolts, nuts and wooden plugs and embeddings in cement concrete block 30x10x15cm 1:3:6 mix (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Providing angular fillets 75mmx75mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2coarse sand : 4crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in wooden window frames with M.S flats, square bars etc. with steel screws, including applying priming coat with metal primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, brand and manufacture to give an even shade (Make Asian/Nerolac)

Providing & fixing ISI marked flush door shutters non decorative type, core block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood & well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands & face veneers on both faces of shutters -35mm thick including ISI marked powder coated MS butt hinges with necessary screws, including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

P/F of 35mm thick 2nd Class Deodar wood glazed shutter for window/clerestory windows as per required drawing, design and specification with necessary M.S butt hinges with screws including providing and fixing of 4 mm thick glass panes of approved quality with necessary wooden beading including applying priming coat with ready mixed wood primer and then two or more coats with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour, brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Providing and fixing 35mm thick 2nd Class Deodar wood wire gauge shutters using Galvanized MS wire gauze of average width of aperture 1.4mm with wire of dia.0.63mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows including ISI marked bright finished or/and black enameled M.S. butt hinges with necessary screws 2nd class Teak wood 35mm thick shutters, including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture.

Distempering (two or more coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall/ceiling/slopping surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and manufacture upto height of floor V level.

Making khurras 450mmx450mm with average minimum thickness of 50mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3sand) and a coat of neat cement rounded the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

100mm thick (average) mud phuska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg / cum/of earth gobri leeping with mix 1:1 (1clay:1cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and also flush pointing the top surface with cement mortar 1:3 and finished neat.

P&F Glass panes weighing 10 kg/sqm (4mm thick) to fixed portion of windows with necessary IInd Class Teak wood beading fixed with necessary screws upto height of floor V level.

P&F Ist quality 400 x 400/300x300mm size Ceramic Floor tiles of approved make (Nitco/ Kajaria/Somany) & colour as required laid over 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) and finishing the joints with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tile. Nothing extra on account of wastage shall be paid.

P&F of ISI marked mild steel Aluminum sliding door bolts for use with nuts and screws complete. 300x16mm

P&F aluminum hanging floor Door Stopper ISI marked anodized (anodic coating not less than grade Ac 10 as per IS: 1868) transparent or dyed to required color or shade with necessary screws etc. complete with twin rubber stopper.

Supplying and fixing at all floors and levels bright finished with aluminum hydraulic door closer with necessary screws etc complete of approved make as per ISI specifications and approved by the Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead.For thickness of tiles above 25 mm and upto 40mm.

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundations,plinth and in superstructure :Cement mortar 1:3 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand)

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos. 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry (with F.P.S. bricks).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (two or more coats) applied @3.84 kg/1 Osqm

Providing and laying PVC pipe superior quality of following dias (Uniplas, Supreme, Finolex make) 4 kg/cm2 pressure in ground/on walls in case of Rain Water Pipe including all PVC fittings jointing with adhesive of approved make ,making good the same etc. complete.
