Replacement of damaged /wornout electro mechanical components of 10000 GPH x 220 meter head HC pump installed at pumping station Jib stage-1st (Old) by way of disconnecting of all electrical connections, decoupling of pump from motor, carrying pump-motor set from pumping station to road side by way of head load and then to work shop by mechanical transportation. Dismantling of pump and extraction of internal parts. Replacement of internal components viz. pump shaft, impeller 07 nos., neck rings, diffusers 5nos., shaft protection sleeve 2nos., gland plate-2nos., check nut 2 nos., DE and NDE bearings with corresponding new components conforming to same size and specifications as per old sample. Assembling the unit and shifting backs to pumping station by using manual labour, tools and tackles and mechanical transport. Job further includes replacement of damaged 80mm dia sluice valve and 80mm dia NRV with new CS 80mm dia sluice valve and 80mm dia NRV. Lowering of pumping unit on base frame , fitment, coupling pump and motor after proper leveling & alignment including replacement of nuts, bolts, rubber bushes and gaskets at delivery and suction side and testing the pumping unit on load at site. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, manual carriage, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

The job involves dismantling of all the incoming and outgoing power cables from the panel and shifting to workshop. Replacement of damaged solid state fault analyzer cum controller CB4SA unit and 140 ampere delta power contactor-MNX-140-1 no. of star delta auto starter with new components conforming to same rating and specifications as per old sample. Assembling the unit and shifting the panel back to site, fitment and testing of the equipment, without load and thereafter on full load. The scope of work also includes replacement of damaged 250 ampere MCCB-1no. with new 250 ampere MCCB at pumping station Garnai stage-0. Job includes the cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
