Supply and fixing figured glass pin head type 4mm thick not exc 0.5 Sqm and glazing with oil putty, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter 28 to 30mm thick (styles) with 2,4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded PVC sheet of 02mm on front face and 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face all as specified and directed with particle board core, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain single side prelaminated PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet with MS square tube supply and fixing in opening as per specification and drawings and edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC cupboard shutter flush type of 22 mm thick consisting of panel of hollow PVC profile section of 12 mm thickness consisting of M S frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 12 mm x 12 mm inserted all around the hollow profile section and inserting one 12 mm x 12 mm MS tube in the centre of this section and lipped with 10 mm (5 mm x 2) thick and 12 mm wide on stiles and rails using solvent cement the inner panel shall be laminated with 5 mm thick termite proof, water proof and fire retardant printed PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of the panel. The front side of the panel visible in the front of the cupboard to be edge bonded using 20 mm x 1 mm thick PVC leaping on both the edges with locking arrangements of both panel etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made PVC shelf of 22mm thickness consisting of panel of hollow PVC profile of 12mm thickness consisting of MS frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size of 12mmx12mm inserted all around the hollow profile section and insert one 12mmx12mm MS tube in the center of this section and lipped with 10mm(5mmx2)th and 12mm wide on stiles and rails using solvent cement. The inner panel shall be laminated with 5mm thick termite proof water proof and fire retardent plan PVC sheet using solvent cement on both the sides of panel.The front side of the partition visible in the front of the cupboard to be edge bonded using 20mmx1mm th plain PVC Leeping on both edges etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2, as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore of pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregates), as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benching as required for 150mm internal dia of pipes, complete all as specified and directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated PVC sheathed with stranded aluminium conductor heavy duty, conforming to IS 1554 Part I / ISI marked, including cable glands , cable lugs etc, to suitable the cable size, cables to be laid in trenches, fixed along the poles bare or through GI pipe laid under floors road etc fixed concealed in walls encased in GI pipe and taking down old unserviceable service cable etc complete as specified and directed for size of cable 25 Sqmm 4.0 core.

Material and labour for sand cushioning in trenches, spreading and consolidation 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm of the sand after laying the cable, complete as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of bricks well burnt sub class B (old pattern) laid flat for cable protection width equal to the length of bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised iron tube 'light grade' for protection of copper strip at wall and duct/road/trench for 40 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

EARTH WORK

Surface excavation (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specifed and directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth; for foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. not exc 10 sq. m on plan and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning/filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated spoil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.
