Operation & maintenance of DG set 160 KVA perimeter lights in one shift of eight hours to maintain effluent quality in SUMMER, MONSOON and WINTER season including on Sundays & holidays to achieve desired serviceability and other conditions thorough out the period at following installations:- (Total 01 shift with one FGM & one helper in night shift timing 10.00PM to 0600 AM) (a) DG set 160 KVA perimeter lights near Guard Post No 17 - 01 No

Operation & maintenance of RO plant in two shift of eight hours to maintain effluent quality in SUMMER, MONSOON and WINTER season including on Sundays & holidays to achieve desired serviceability and other conditions thorough out the period at following installations:- (Total 02 shifts with one FGM and one helper in each shift timing 0600 AM to 0200 PM and 0200 PM to 1000 PM) (a) RO plant near SMC (capacity 11000 Ltrs/Hrs) - 01 No

Operation & maintenance of sewage treatment plant round the clock in 3 shifts of eight hours to maintain effluent quality in SUMMER, MONSOON and WINTER season including on Sundays & holidays to achieve desired serviceability and other conditions thorough out the period at following installations:- (Total 03 shifts with one FGM & one helper in each shift) (a) Sewage treatment plant (capacity 1 MLD ) - 01 No (b) DG Sets 100 KVA - 01 No Note -1:- Contractor has to maintain the quality of water as below mentioned parameters: (i) BOD - <10 mg/ltr (ii) COD - 150 mg/ltr (iii) DO - 20mg/ltr or more (iv) TSS - < 10 mg/ltr (v) PH - 6.5-8.5 (vi) Oil and Grease - < 10 mg/ltr (vii) Coilform - 100 MPN/ 100ml (viii) Residual Chlorine - < 1mg/ltr Note - 2 :-(i) Testing from NABL certified laboratories fortnightly to be carried out for above as mentioned in Note - 1 ser No (i) to (vii) and proper record to be maintined. (ii) Residual Chlorine test to be carried out daily and proper record will be maintained. The test record to be shown to JE concerned daily and weekly to Engr-in-Charge.

Note for Srl item No 1.00 to 3.00 :- (i) DG set shall be comprising complete set including alternator, motor AMF panel etc & other connected items for smooth & efficient performance through out the period. (ii) Maintenance shall be as per periodical maintenance schedule ( i.e daily, weekly, monthly & seasonal) (iii) The attendance register of plant operators will be submitted by the contractor on weekly basis to GE with signature of Engr in charge and JE concerned. (iv) Log sheet of RO Plant /DG set /STP duly maintened as per prescribed format will be submitted to E/M sub division on daily basis duly signed by the concerned users. (v) Daily inspection report as per prescribed format will be submitted to GE by contrctor duly signed by user, Engr-in-charge and JE concerned. (vi) The contractor will ensure daily cleaning of plant Room and surrounding area of the installation ie. 05 metre along bldg and for all fenced installations whithin the installation fence. (vii) The operation and maintenance includes replacement/fixing of minor spare parts required for smooth functioning of plant spare part issued by department. (viii) Contractor will provide reliver for weekly rest at all installatin by providing one reliever of same trade. (ix) Operating staff shall wear uniform of grey colour or as approved by GE. (x) It is the responsibilities of contractor to maintain the required humidity and temperature. (xi) Contractor shall not quoted rate less than min wages as approved by Central Govt . (xii) It is the responsibilities of contractor to rectify the damage/reapir occured due to negelegincy of the plant.

Disconnecting and dismantling the defective three phase induction motor squirrel cage of any make and of capacity 2HP 415 Volts 50 Hz 2850 RPM for following capacities and re-winding with super enamelled copper wire of best quality of existing size/gauge and weight including replacement of insulation material, varnish, bearing, connection plate and all other petty items required to make motor functional and re-assembling the motor including installation commission and testing on full load all as directed. NOTE:- (a) Transportation charges from installation to contractor works shop and back after repair are included in the rates quoted against the above items. (b) Cost of nuts, bolts, washers, connection plate, grease/ lubrication to bearing bushes etc, are deemed to be included in this item. (c) Old dismantled winding wire will be contractor property for which credit has been considered under schedule of credit.

Supply and Dewatering polyelectrolyte (DWPE) powder, dewatering of organic sludge from sewage complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Material and Labour for overhauling & servicing of RO Plant of capacity 11000 Ltrs/hrs including replacement of all bag filters, catridge filter, backwash of membrane (including chemical ), tightening of all bends and coupling of PVC Pipe, checking of electrical and control wiring etc including testing of water from authorised lab after every service to check the desired value of drinking water, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Spare parts suitable for existing plant required to be replaced shall be measured separately under respective items .

Supply only Bag filter of size 7 "x 32 ", complete all as directed.

Supply only Catridge filter of size 40" x 2.5 ", complete all as directed.

Supply only anti scaling chemical, sample approved by Engineer-in-Charge for commercial RO Plant , complete all as directed.

Supply only chemical caustic flex for maintainiing PH value of RO Plant within permisible limit , complete all as directed.

Supply only salt (NACL) used for regeneration of resin filter installed in RO Plant , complete all as directed.

Supply only granuler activated carbon material for Ro Plant , complete all as directed.

Supply only stequa 411 AE plastic cylindrical sealed disposable sanitiser refill for disnfication of drinking water with arrangement for operation through suitable feeder in pressurezed line. Replacement indication : Visual & weight variation Operation type : Non contact, non inhalatory Cylinder Dia : 2.5 Inches +/-0.5 inches Cylinder height : 1q 0.0 inches +/- 0.5 inches Model : Stequa 411 AE or Equivalent Make : Declibac Technologies Pvt Ltd or Equivalent.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB SP, 6 to 32 Amps, C series, breaking capacity 10 KA, 'C' curve 240 volts, 50 Hz including necessary incoming and out going electric connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc.,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Supply and fixing in replacement of MCB TPN, 63 Amps, breaking capacity 10 KA 'C' curve confirming to IS-8828, 240 volts, 50 HZ including making necessary incoming and outgoing electrical connection with suitable size of copper lugs etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Legrand/L&T/C&S or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 100 Amp, 16 kA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Legrand/ABB/Siemens/L&T/Havells or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

M&L for replacement of MCCB 4 pole 250 Amp, 36 KA with adjustable thermal and adjustable magnatic setting including making all incoming and outgoing connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make: Legrand/ABB/Siemens/L&T/Havells or equivalent makes as specified in Appendix 'B' List of Makes.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15 of tender documents.
