Installation of II point 250 KVA T/F at Arya Kanya Feeder, Gaughat for Increasing Capacity of overload 630 KVA T/F in EUDD, Rambagh, Prayagraj under Business Plan 2021-22 Scheme, Including Loading, Unloading & Carriage of materials from Store Centre Naini to Dump site and vice-versa.

Fabrication, erection, grouting & plinthing of Substation type 11 M long STP Double Pole with mounting of all necessary clamps, all accessories i.e. 11 kV Fuse set, top channel etc and its grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing 300 mm above ground level as per Norms. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, top channel etc. as per Norms will be arranged by the contractor and 11 kV Fuse set, STP will be provided by the department.)

Fabrication, erection & grouting of 11 Mtr. long ST Pole & all accessories i.e. top channel etc. Grouting in ratio 1:4:8, cement stone grit & coarse sand plinthing 300 mm above ground level, as per Norms. (Grouting, plinthing & required materials like Clamps, Stone pad, nut & bolt, top channel etc. as per Norms will be arranged by the contractor and STP will be provided by the department.).

Construction of 11 kV line with ACSR, Dog conductor by laying, stringing, sagging, binding and nuzzling of 3 phase 3 wire.

Stringing and sagging of two nos. G.I. wire with cradle guarding of 11 kV line.

Earthing of Steel Tubular Pole with MS Earthing rod of size 20x2500 mm

Laying of 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE single ckt cable in Pakka by digging of trench 900mm deep, 600 mm wide including required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between 0.25 mtr. to 0.40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continuous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. (All material required for laying will be arranged by the contractor except 11 KV cable).

Hanging of 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable on all ready errected 11 mtr long STP including laying of Stay Wire with the help of suitable size turn buckle for each cable complete with all required accessories (only XLPE cable will be provided by the department).

Fixing of 11 KV Heat Shrinkable Outdoor Type Cable Jointing Termination kits conforming to VDE-0278/1EEE-48-1975/IS – 13573-1992 and ESI STD. 09-13 all other relevant Standards complete with all accessories for 11 KV, 3x185 sq mm XLPE cable (Jointing kit will be arranged by the contractor).

Erection & commissioning of T/F 250 KVA along with HT/LT connections. Complete in all respect. (Only T/F will be provided by the Department.)

Earthing of Transformer body and neutral by lowering of GI pipe of size 1.50” dia 20’ deep, connecting with GI Strip of size 50x6 mm with clamp. (All materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Erection and grouting of L.T. cubical Box, making platform & plastering the same with cement, sand in ratio 1:6 , fixing the tailless unit 500/300 Amp., making L.T Busbar and its taping complete in all respect. (Cubical Box with Tailless unit will be arranged by the department & Other grouting material will be arranged by the contractor own his cost.)

Earthing of L.T. Cubical box by M.S. earthling rod and connecting with G.I. Strips of size 50x6 mm with clamp for neutral & L.T. cubical box body. (Only M.S. Earthing rod with G.I. Wire will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)

Laying of 3x240 sqmm L.T. cable from T/F to L.T. Cubicle Box with proper lugging and tagging. (Only L.T. Cable will be provided by the Department and all other required materials will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.)
